Answer the customer’s first questions
State what you clean, where you work and how customers request a quote. Give carpet, upholstery and commercial enquiries distinct paths where offered.
A practical page structure
- Home: actual services, coverage, identity and a clear quote route.
- Carpet cleaning: rooms, stairs, assessment and relevant methods.
- Upholstery cleaning: items, fabric assessment and limitations.
- Other supported services: rugs or specialist work where genuinely available.
- Projects and reviews: approved local work and attributable feedback.
- About and credentials: people, training and verified memberships.
- Contact: short questions and clear response expectations.
Build confidence with accurate evidence
Use real equipment, team and project photographs with permission. Keep before-and-after lighting and framing comparable. Explain what was cleaned and what remained; do not use another company’s results as your own.
Explain factors affecting drying, assessment and stain treatment without guaranteeing universal outcomes. Pet-safe, child-safe, disinfecting, allergen and environmental claims require substantiation and precise conditions.
Make pricing and availability understandable
A room or sofa offer needs defined units, minimum charges, inclusions and exclusions. Explain any travel or access additions before booking. A guide price is different from a confirmed quotation.
Keep mobile forms short: postcode, service, approximate size and contact details. Let uncertain customers enquire without identifying fibres themselves. Photos and further access information can follow.
Plan integrations and launch checks
Online booking, deposits, payments, uploads, live review feeds and CRM connections require separate scope. An enquiry acknowledgement should not imply an appointment is confirmed. Check redirects, form delivery, confirmations and image performance before launch.
Explore our trade website work
Our website portfolio shows how real projects, service information and clear enquiry routes work together across trade businesses. These are wider trade website examples; we do not present them as measured carpet cleaning SEO, advertising or PR results. Your website would use your own cleaning projects, verified capabilities and assessment process.
Carpet and upholstery cleaning marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
