Define a suitable enquiry
Agree services, travel limits, minimum charges and capacity first. Distinguish domestic room cleans, upholstery items, tenancy carpet work and commercial assessments.
Keep the initial form practical
- Postcode and contact details.
- Carpets, sofa, other upholstery or another supported service.
- Approximate rooms, stairs or number and size of items.
- Domestic, landlord, agent or commercial enquiry.
- Preferred timing and relevant access information.
Allow customers to say they do not know the fabric or exact measurements. Photographs and care-label details can follow through an agreed process. A photo may help prepare an estimate; assessment confirms suitability and scope.
Explain quotation and booking
State minimum charges, assumptions, access requirements and what changes a provisional price. Separate a quote request, an availability request and a confirmed appointment. Do not imply a submission reserves a slot.
Stain and odour requests should reach someone able to discuss the issue without guaranteeing an outcome. A routine carpet campaign should not promise flood restoration, hazardous cleaning or emergency response unless those are supported services.
Understand the source of enquiries
Our standard service promotes your business through your website, SEO and separately agreed advertising. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Customers can independently compare cleaners.
When assessing third-party lead services, check source, sharing, permissions, duplicates, service fit, area and replacement terms. An enquiry is different from a completed paid booking.
Track what happens after contact
Review suitable contacts, quotes, accepted work, completed jobs and repeat bookings. Include fees, ad spend, travel, products and labour in the economics. Booking systems, deposits, CRM links, reminders and reactivation campaigns need separate scope.
Carpet and upholstery cleaning marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
