Build the plan around the cleaning you want to book
A lounge carpet, a delicate sofa and an office carpet contract need different information. Start with your actual services, practical travel area, minimum job value, capacity and customer mix.
Separate the customer routes
- Domestic carpets: rooms, stairs, condition, access and a clear quotation process.
- Sofas and upholstery: item type, size, fabric if known and suitability assessment.
- Rugs: only the materials, collection options and methods you genuinely offer.
- Landlords and agents: agreed scope, access and tenancy timing.
- Commercial work: approximate area, opening hours, access and an assessment route.
Carpet cleaning at the end of a tenancy is distinct from a whole-property end-of-tenancy clean. Explain that boundary clearly. Our Commercial Cleaning and Exterior Cleaning pages address their own service models.
Show real work and realistic expectations
Use approved, comparable before-and-after photographs, identifiable business details, genuine reviews and verified credentials. Explain assessment, methods actually used and what affects drying. Avoid promises that every stain or odour disappears or every fabric is suitable.
Connect search, social proof and repeat work
SEO connects actual services with genuine local coverage. Google Ads tests active searches, while Meta advertising introduces your work visually. Referral partnerships with agents, flooring businesses or other cleaners can support the plan.
Customer reminders, referral schemes, print distribution and automated follow-up require agreed scope and appropriate contact permissions. Review suitable enquiries, quotations, completed bookings, travel and delivery costs rather than lead volume alone.
Explore our trade website work
Our website portfolio shows how real projects, service information and clear enquiry routes work together across trade businesses. These are wider trade website examples; we do not present them as measured carpet cleaning SEO, advertising or PR results. Your website would use your own cleaning projects, verified capabilities and assessment process.
Carpet and upholstery cleaning marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
