Split campaigns around the service
Carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, rug care and commercial contracts may need different messages, budgets and destinations. Match each campaign to your actual methods, capacity and profitable travel area.
Review intent before excluding terms
Machine hire, equipment sales, cleaning products, vacancies and DIY instructions can be irrelevant to a managed cleaning service. Review actual search terms. Cost and stain questions can still come from prospective customers, so do not block every research query automatically.
Separate domestic work from commercial assessments and landlord carpet jobs when their economics differ. Do not advertise whole-property tenancy cleaning if only carpet work is available.
Match the landing page and offer
Send sofa searches to upholstery information and carpet searches to the corresponding service. Show genuine projects, business identity, reviews and a clear quote route. Room packages need defined sizes, minimum charges and exclusions.
Choose targeting, schedules, networks and bidding around observed data and the actual service area. Any Local Services Ads route requires current category, location and account eligibility checked separately; no badge or access is assumed.
Measure bookings as well as contacts
Check calls and forms, then track suitability, quotations, accepted appointments and completed paid jobs. A call-button click is different from an answered qualified call. Consider travel, labour, products, fees and ad spend when reviewing value.
No fixed daily budget, lead cost or volume applies to every cleaner. Substantial landing pages, CRM links and offline booking feedback need separate scope.
£499 monthly management plus Google spend
Management covers planning, setup, copy, keywords, targeting, conversion checks, search-term review and reporting. It is paid monthly in advance. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. Once work begins for a paid month, cancellation does not trigger a refund of that month’s management fee, subject to applicable rights and remedies. Spend is paid directly to Google. See the management terms.
