Help each buyer find the right next step
Homeowners may be planning a wall, repair or extension package. Builders may need pricing against drawings and a programme. Make both routes clear where you serve both audiences.
| Section | Buyer question |
|---|---|
| Brickwork services | Which work and materials do you handle? |
| Homeowner projects | How do assessment and quotation work? |
| Contractor packages | What scope and estimating information do you need? |
| Projects | What did you actually build or repair? |
| Credentials and about | Who undertakes the work and what evidence supports it? |
| Coverage | Does the job fit your working area? |
| Enquiries | What should I send and who responds? |
Let genuine finish detail support the offer
Show approved project photographs, progress stages and close-ups of joints, bonds and details. Explain the brief and your role. Do not use another contractor’s or manufacturer’s work as your own completed project.
A finished photograph does not prove foundations, concealed details or structural adequacy. Claims about specialist methods, heritage work and design responsibilities need appropriate evidence and review. Verify memberships and insurance wording before publication.
Clarify scope before price
Explain labour-only or supply-and-build, materials, access, removal and coordination according to your actual offer. Indicative prices need assumptions and exclusions; unseen work needs assessment. A provisional programme is different from a confirmed start date.
Keep the first enquiry practical
Ask postcode, work type, approximate scale, customer role and timescale. Allow unknown dimensions. Drawings, specifications and photographs can follow through an agreed process without asking customers to climb or inspect unsafe structures.
Secure uploads, tender portals, estimating tools, booking and CRM connections require separate scope. Review old URLs, plan redirects and check form delivery and confirmations before launch.
Explore our trade website work
Our website portfolio shows how real projects, service information and clear enquiry routes work together across trade businesses. These are wider trade website examples; we do not present them as measured brickwork SEO, advertising or PR results. Your website would use your own brickwork projects, verified capabilities and assessment process.
Bricklaying marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
