Choose work types and coverage before spending
Agree actual services, preferred scale, crew capacity and travel limits. Homeowner jobs and subcontract packages need relevant messages and qualification.
| Offer | Destination | Qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Garden walls | Projects, materials and assessment | Postcode, brief and approximate scale |
| Repointing or repair | Actual capabilities and inspection process | Condition description and work type |
| Extension or new-build brickwork | Exact package and contractor role | Drawings, stage, scope and programme |
| Commercial or builder packages | Relevant experience and estimating route | Client role, location and package information |
Review search intent
Jobs, apprenticeships, tools, training and brick supply-only searches may be irrelevant. Day-rate, labour-only, small repairs and specialist masonry terms depend on your actual offer. Cost questions can be useful research. Review real search terms rather than excluding every early-stage buyer.
Choose geography, schedules, bidding and networks around genuine coverage and observed data. A builder may search away from the site; confirm the project postcode through qualification. Any Local Services Ads route needs current category and account eligibility checked separately.
Match the page to the promise
Show genuine work, accurate roles and the assessment process. Do not imply a full extension build if you only provide brickwork. Specialist methods, credentials, availability and any free survey offer need accurate scope and conditions.
Track suitable jobs
Check agreed calls and forms, then follow fit, assessment, quotation, accepted package and completion. A call-button click differs from an answered qualified call. CRM integration and offline feedback require separate scope. No fixed lead cost or job volume is promised.
£499 monthly management plus Google spend
Scope includes planning, setup, copy, keywords, targeting, conversion checks, search-term review and reporting. Management is paid monthly in advance. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. Once work starts for a paid month, cancellation does not trigger a refund of that month’s management fee, subject to applicable rights and remedies. Spend is paid directly to Google. See the management terms. Substantial pages and integrations are separately assessed.
