Define a useful brickwork enquiry
Agree accepted job types, materials, scale, service areas and capacity. A small repair can be valuable where offered, but needs a different route from a multi-plot package.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Project postcode | Check genuine coverage |
| Wall, repair, repointing or building package | Route the enquiry |
| Homeowner, builder or other client role | Understand the decision and delivery context |
| Approximate size or scope, if known | Prepare a discussion; allow unsure |
| Drawings or specification available | Identify estimating information |
| Labour-only or supply-and-build requirement | Clarify the expected package |
| Project stage and timescale | Discuss programme and capacity |
Customers should not need to diagnose cracking or climb to measure a wall. Detailed drawings and photographs can follow through an agreed safe process. An enquiry cannot confirm structural condition, design requirements or final price.
Compare direct campaigns and purchased leads
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO and separately agreed Google or Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Customers may independently compare firms.
Third-party leads, directories and planning-data services have separate terms. Check sharing, source, permissions, duplicates, work type, area fit, replacements and fees. A planning application is different from a ready-to-start project or invitation to quote.
Route enquiries to estimating
Explain assessment, quotation and any design or survey charges accurately. Contractor requests may need drawings, quantities, programme and scope clarifications before pricing. A form does not reserve a crew or confirm a start date.
Track contact, fit, assessments, quotations, accepted work and completion separately. Secure uploads, tender support, CRM integration and automated follow-up require separate scope. No fixed lead quantity or contract value is promised.
Bricklaying marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
