LOCAL VISIBILITY, VERIFIED CAPABILITY

Web Design for Facilities Management Companies

Build a website that explains your services, coverage and operating model, with clear routes for contract enquiries and existing clients. The agreed Local Authority scope includes ongoing SEO.

Make the business understandable to a buyer

Commercial buyers need to know what you manage, where you deliver it and how to assess the company. Hard, soft and integrated services should be described according to your actual capability and delivery arrangements.

An estates team researching a multi-site contract needs a different journey from an existing client reporting a fault. Design the navigation and forms around those tasks rather than sending everyone to one generic inbox.

Show operational evidence with context

Case studies can explain mobilisation, supervision, reporting and the service delivered. Identify the period, sites and responsibilities behind any metric. Separate direct staff delivery from specialist partner arrangements.

Use current credentials and permitted branding with their actual scope. Confidential site information, security arrangements, personal data and access details should not become public marketing downloads.

Build a practical new-business form

Ask for service needs, site region, building type, approximate scale, buying stage and contact details. Offer an “unsure” route for early discussions and supported sharing of existing briefs where agreed.

Separately label client support, emergencies, recruitment and supplier contacts using the routes your business actually operates. Do not promise 24-hour monitoring or a response time that has not been agreed.

Improve the website you already have

We review your existing pages, search data, platform access and contract enquiry journey before recommending changes. A useful website may need clearer service information, stronger local coverage or a simpler enquiry route rather than a rebuild.

If a replacement is justified, the quote covers the content, valuable URLs, redirects, forms and supported integrations. Website work and ongoing SEO can be delivered together through Local Authority. Any development outside the agreed package is quoted separately.

Scope portals and integrations explicitly

A marketing website is different from a CAFM system, client portal or job-ticketing service. We assess supported integrations, access requirements, ownership and external costs before quoting them. Operational software is not included by implication.

If migration is needed, agree valuable URLs, redirects, domain arrangements, form destinations and tracking. Identify who approves technical service descriptions and contract evidence.

See how we present local businesses

Our website portfolio shows work for trade businesses, including service layouts and enquiry routes. Your business would use its own people, verified credentials and approved evidence. We do not present those trade examples as facilities management results.

Local Authority website and SEO package

First month free, no setup fee, then £499/month with an initial three-month commitment. Website work, ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, hosting and maintenance sit within the agreed package.

Standalone builds, portals, specialist integrations and development beyond the package receive a separate quote. Ownership and optional hosting arrangements are described below and in the full terms.

Local Authority for facilities management companies

Build your local presence with a website, ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. Facilities management companies serving commercial occupiers, property managers and estate teams in a defined region can use our Local Authority package, with trade and primary-town exclusivity agreed before starting.

First month free. No setup fee. Initial three-month commitment. Months two and three are £499 each: £998 total for the initial three months. From month four, the website and ongoing SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled.

  • Core website sections and up to 10 core service pages, or agreed improvements to a suitable existing website.
  • Your primary town plus up to five nearby genuine service areas at launch.
  • 8–10 researched pages or agreed content improvements each month around relevant services, locations and project evidence.
  • Google Business Profile optimisation, internal linking, technical SEO and monthly reporting.
  • Hosting and maintenance included while the main plan remains active.

After completing the three-month commitment and paying outstanding fees, you retain ownership of the agreed website content and assets, with handover subject to the platform and licensing terms. Give at least seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal to cancel. After cancellation, hosting only is £20/month, or hosting with ongoing minor maintenance is £50/month; SEO and marketing stop. These are alternative support options, not additional charges while the main plan is active.

Wider regional or national campaigns, extensive evidence production and specialist integrations are separately assessed. Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, link building and digital PR are optional additional services with separate fees. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform. See Local Authority details and full terms.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions we hear often.

Is a client portal included?+

No. Portals, CAFM connections and ticketing integrations require assessment and a separate explicit scope where supported.

Can you separate sales and client support?+

Yes. We can structure clear routes using the destinations and response arrangements your business provides.

Do we need a replacement website?+

Not automatically. A suitable existing site can receive agreed content, navigation and enquiry improvements.
