Define the commercial service and buyer
Planned maintenance, a cleaning contract and integrated facilities management represent different requirements. Agree your service mix, building types, working area and preferred contract profile before choosing keywords.
Search intent may also concern recruitment, software, training, residential repairs or support for an existing account. We research the market around your actual offer rather than use every FM-related term in one campaign.
| Service theme | Landing-page focus | Qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial maintenance | Actual scope, area and assessment route | Site type, requirement and timing |
| Cleaning or workplace services | Contract service and sector fit | Buildings, frequency and buyer role |
| Integrated FM, where offered | Combined services and delivery arrangements | Portfolio size and procurement stage |
| Specific regional contract searches | Genuine coverage and relevant evidence | Actual site locations and service need |
Filter unsuitable traffic with care
Review employment, courses, software and household-service terms against the campaign purpose. Existing-client support searches may need their own route. Paid exclusions should reflect what you provide rather than a generic list copied from another industry.
Choose geography with the project sites and the buyer’s office in mind. A property team may research regional buildings from elsewhere. Review actual enquiry locations and suitability rather than assume a universal radius works for every contract.
Give buyers evidence before asking for contact
Use relevant service pages with genuine coverage, delivery responsibilities and approved case studies. Response-time and availability claims need their actual hours, conditions and contractual scope.
Capture enough detail for commercial qualification without requiring a complete asset list or sensitive building information in the first form. Make support and recruitment destinations visible so those contacts are not counted as new contract leads.
Measure beyond initial enquiries
Separate valid contacts, qualified requirements, site discussions, proposals, tender invitations and known wins. A form submission does not establish authority, budget or a signed multi-year agreement.
Supported CRM feedback, call tracking and offline conversions can be assessed where the systems, permissions and staff process allow reliable measurement. Formal frameworks and tenders retain their own qualification requirements.
Google Ads management from £499/month
Advertising spend is additional and paid directly to Google. The proposal identifies campaigns, landing-page work, tracking, reporting and terms. Major development, extensive production and external software are separately identified.
Budgets, bids, match types, networks and schedules are reviewed against demand and observed quality. Local Authority is the separate website and organic visibility plan below. No fixed enquiry cost, volume or contract award is promised.
Local Authority for facilities management companies
Build your local presence with a website, ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. Facilities management companies serving commercial occupiers, property managers and estate teams in a defined region can use our Local Authority package, with trade and primary-town exclusivity agreed before starting.
First month free. No setup fee. Initial three-month commitment. Months two and three are £499 each: £998 total for the initial three months. From month four, the website and ongoing SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled.
- Core website sections and up to 10 core service pages, or agreed improvements to a suitable existing website.
- Your primary town plus up to five nearby genuine service areas at launch.
- 8–10 researched pages or agreed content improvements each month around relevant services, locations and project evidence.
- Google Business Profile optimisation, internal linking, technical SEO and monthly reporting.
- Hosting and maintenance included while the main plan remains active.
After completing the three-month commitment and paying outstanding fees, you retain ownership of the agreed website content and assets, with handover subject to the platform and licensing terms. Give at least seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal to cancel. After cancellation, hosting only is £20/month, or hosting with ongoing minor maintenance is £50/month; SEO and marketing stop. These are alternative support options, not additional charges while the main plan is active.
Wider regional or national campaigns, extensive evidence production and specialist integrations are separately assessed. Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, link building and digital PR are optional additional services with separate fees. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform. See Local Authority details and full terms.
