LOCAL VISIBILITY, VERIFIED CAPABILITY

Lead Generation for Facilities Management Companies

Build an enquiry route around your FM services, site types and working region. Measure qualified contract opportunities separately from support tickets, recruitment and general interest.

Define what a qualified contract enquiry means

A service fault from an existing client, a contractor seeking work and a procurement team reviewing providers are different contacts. Agree the buyer, requirement and next step before counting a submission as a sales opportunity.

Qualification should reflect service mix, site numbers, location, contract scale and available delivery capacity. A contract review date can help prioritise a discussion, but it does not prove a buyer is ready or authorised to change supplier.

Keep early-stage enquiries accessible

Use a simple form with space to explain uncertainty. Approximate scale, preferred timing and the services under review can be useful without demanding a complete asset register before first contact.

Existing briefs or site lists can be shared through a supported process where agreed. Avoid collecting sensitive access, security or operational details unnecessarily in a general marketing form.

Choose channels around real demand

Service pages and genuine regional coverage can support local discovery and referral checks. Search ads may capture relevant maintenance or outsourcing enquiries. Meta campaigns can support awareness or suitable retargeting where data and permissions allow.

Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting, purchased databases, contract intelligence and bid writing are not automatically included. We assess those activities separately rather than describe every lead-generation method as part of the standard package.

Agree follow-up and reporting

Identify who reviews sales enquiries and how they pass to business development or estimating. Acknowledgements should confirm receipt without implying an agreed service level or an emergency maintenance response.

Track valid contacts, qualified requirements, meetings, proposals, tender invitations and known wins separately. A low cost per form may conceal support requests or unsuitable residential work; feedback on enquiry quality helps targeting.

Local Authority plus optional acquisition activity

Local Authority is first month free, then £499/month with an initial three-month commitment. Google Ads management starts from £499/month plus spend paid directly to Google. Combined Meta management starts from £499/month plus spend paid directly to Meta.

The proposal defines channels, fees, tracking and response responsibilities. Campaigns run for your business rather than a shared-lead panel, though buyers may contact competitors independently. No fixed meeting, tender or contract volume is guaranteed.

Local Authority for facilities management companies

Build your local presence with a website, ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. Facilities management companies serving commercial occupiers, property managers and estate teams in a defined region can use our Local Authority package, with trade and primary-town exclusivity agreed before starting.

First month free. No setup fee. Initial three-month commitment. Months two and three are £499 each: £998 total for the initial three months. From month four, the website and ongoing SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled.

  • Core website sections and up to 10 core service pages, or agreed improvements to a suitable existing website.
  • Your primary town plus up to five nearby genuine service areas at launch.
  • 8–10 researched pages or agreed content improvements each month around relevant services, locations and project evidence.
  • Google Business Profile optimisation, internal linking, technical SEO and monthly reporting.
  • Hosting and maintenance included while the main plan remains active.

After completing the three-month commitment and paying outstanding fees, you retain ownership of the agreed website content and assets, with handover subject to the platform and licensing terms. Give at least seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal to cancel. After cancellation, hosting only is £20/month, or hosting with ongoing minor maintenance is £50/month; SEO and marketing stop. These are alternative support options, not additional charges while the main plan is active.

Wider regional or national campaigns, extensive evidence production and specialist integrations are separately assessed. Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, link building and digital PR are optional additional services with separate fees. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform. See Local Authority details and full terms.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions we hear often.

Does this include telemarketing or appointment setting?+

Not by default. Outbound research, contact data and appointment-setting activity require an explicit separate scope.

Can we focus on multi-site contracts?+

Yes, where your actual coverage and capacity support that focus. Forms and content can capture the site profile and procurement stage.

Do you sell shared FM leads?+

No. We scope marketing for your business, while recognising that buyers can independently approach other providers.
