Make the service and next step clear
A useful refrigeration website quickly explains what the company does, where it works and how a customer should contact it. The first screen should distinguish commercial services from domestic appliance work.
A repair enquiry can need a direct telephone route, while an installation brief may suit a form. Show actual availability and make it clear whether a request has simply been received or an appointment has been confirmed.
| Page or section | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Commercial refrigeration services | Explain the service range without implying unsupported capabilities |
| Repairs and breakdowns | Show supported equipment, coverage and service hours |
| Installations and replacements | Describe survey, supply and installation responsibilities |
| Maintenance | Explain assessment, service scope and how to discuss an agreement |
| Projects and credentials | Provide approved evidence of relevant work |
| Contact | Route new enquiries and existing-client support appropriately |
Show relevant project evidence
Use photographs that accurately represent your work and permission to publish the premises. Explain whether you supplied, installed, serviced or coordinated the equipment rather than taking credit for the entire project by implication.
Present current credentials with their actual scope and permitted logos. A supplier relationship, training course and manufacturer service appointment are different facts.
Keep technical information useful
If you sell equipment, approved product sheets may help explain dimensions, capacities and intended uses. A full ecommerce catalogue, live pricing feed or supplier API is a separate development scope.
Customers should not infer suitability from a single specification alone. Your technical team approves service descriptions and the process for assessing a site before a quotation.
Design for customers on site and at a desk
Readable text, labelled forms, usable telephone links and well-sized buttons matter on mobile. Facilities teams also need clear navigation when comparing suppliers on a desktop.
We consider image loading, headings, keyboard access and form error messages. Avoid large background videos that obstruct the service information or contact route.
Agree integrations before quoting
A supported form can route enquiries to the team, but a job-management portal, engineer scheduling system or emergency dispatch integration is not assumed to be part of a standard marketing website.
A rebuild plan covers existing URLs, appropriate redirects, valuable content and checks of contact details. Platform access, hosting and handover are set out in the proposal.
Improve the website you already have
We review your existing pages, search data, platform access and service enquiry journey before recommending changes. A useful website may need clearer service information, stronger local coverage or a simpler enquiry route rather than a rebuild.
If a replacement is justified, the quote covers the content, valuable URLs, redirects, forms and supported integrations. Website work and ongoing SEO can be delivered together through Local Authority. Any development outside the agreed package is quoted separately.
See how we present local businesses
Our website portfolio shows work for trade businesses, including service layouts and enquiry routes. Your business would use its own people, verified credentials and approved evidence. We do not present those trade examples as commercial refrigeration results.
Website design through Local Authority
Website work within the agreed Local Authority scope is included: first month free, then £499/month with an initial three-month commitment. Standalone builds, product catalogues and specialist integrations receive separate quotes.
Local Authority for commercial refrigeration companies
Build your local presence with a website, ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. Commercial refrigeration companies serving restaurants, retailers and commercial site teams in a defined region can use our Local Authority package, with trade and primary-town exclusivity agreed before starting.
First month free. No setup fee. Initial three-month commitment. Months two and three are £499 each: £998 total for the initial three months. From month four, the website and ongoing SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled.
- Core website sections and up to 10 core service pages, or agreed improvements to a suitable existing website.
- Your primary town plus up to five nearby genuine service areas at launch.
- 8–10 researched pages or agreed content improvements each month around relevant services, locations and project evidence.
- Google Business Profile optimisation, internal linking, technical SEO and monthly reporting.
- Hosting and maintenance included while the main plan remains active.
After completing the three-month commitment and paying outstanding fees, you retain ownership of the agreed website content and assets, with handover subject to the platform and licensing terms. Give at least seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal to cancel. After cancellation, hosting only is £29.99/month, or hosting with ongoing minor maintenance is £50/month; SEO and marketing stop. These are alternative support options, not additional charges while the main plan is active.
Wider regional or national campaigns, extensive evidence production and specialist integrations are separately assessed. Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, link building and digital PR are optional additional services with separate fees. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform. See Local Authority details and full terms.
