LOCAL VISIBILITY, VERIFIED CAPABILITY

Lead Generation for Commercial Refrigeration Companies

Build a clear route for commercial repair, installation and maintenance enquiries. Reach suitable customers in your working area and measure qualified opportunities separately from general contacts.

Agree what a suitable enquiry looks like

Start with your engineering capacity and preferred work. A local shop seeking a cabinet repair, a hotel planning replacement equipment and a multi-site operator reviewing maintenance require different follow-up and quoting processes.

We agree the services, equipment and geography your team supports. Domestic fridge repairs, recruitment, spare-part shopping and existing customer account requests should not be reported as new commercial opportunities.

Give urgent and planned requests different routes

An urgent breakdown page can show the correct service number and actual hours. A form must not be described as an emergency dispatch system unless that is genuinely how your business operates.

For installations and contracts, a short form can invite a project outline, approximate asset count or site list where appropriate. A complete technical specification should not be compulsory just to begin a discussion.

Choose channels around the service

Local search content supports discovery for relevant services over time. Search campaigns can test active repair and installation demand. Meta campaigns can support approved project or maintenance messages where suitable.

Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, tender monitoring, purchased databases and appointment setting are separate activities. They are not automatically included in the Local Authority package.

Connect enquiries to the people answering them

Agree who monitors calls and forms, where requests are routed and what happens outside office hours. Automated acknowledgements can confirm receipt without implying a diagnosis, confirmed booking or engineer arrival time.

Where supported and agreed, source information can pass to your CRM or job system. Customer access codes, sensitive operational information and payment details should remain within appropriate secure systems.

Follow the outcome

Reporting distinguishes valid requests, qualified opportunities, surveys, quotations and known wins. Repair revenue and a maintenance contract have different values; a single blended cost per form can hide that difference.

Your team's feedback helps identify irrelevant contacts and missed opportunities. No campaign can guarantee a particular number of contracts or that every breakdown call becomes paid work.

Local Authority and optional acquisition services

Local Authority is first month free, then £499/month with an initial three-month commitment. Google Ads management starts from £499/month plus spend paid directly to Google. Combined Meta management starts from £499/month plus direct Meta spend. The proposal identifies channels, tracking and follow-up responsibilities; there is no universal pay-per-lead fee.

Local Authority for commercial refrigeration companies

Build your local presence with a website, ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. Commercial refrigeration companies serving restaurants, retailers and commercial site teams in a defined region can use our Local Authority package, with trade and primary-town exclusivity agreed before starting.

First month free. No setup fee. Initial three-month commitment. Months two and three are £499 each: £998 total for the initial three months. From month four, the website and ongoing SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled.

  • Core website sections and up to 10 core service pages, or agreed improvements to a suitable existing website.
  • Your primary town plus up to five nearby genuine service areas at launch.
  • 8–10 researched pages or agreed content improvements each month around relevant services, locations and project evidence.
  • Google Business Profile optimisation, internal linking, technical SEO and monthly reporting.
  • Hosting and maintenance included while the main plan remains active.

After completing the three-month commitment and paying outstanding fees, you retain ownership of the agreed website content and assets, with handover subject to the platform and licensing terms. Give at least seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal to cancel. After cancellation, hosting only is £29.99/month, or hosting with ongoing minor maintenance is £50/month; SEO and marketing stop. These are alternative support options, not additional charges while the main plan is active.

Wider regional or national campaigns, extensive evidence production and specialist integrations are separately assessed. Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, link building and digital PR are optional additional services with separate fees. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform. See Local Authority details and full terms.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions we hear often.

Are enquiries shared with other contractors?+

Campaigns are run for your business rather than a shared-lead panel. Buyers may still contact competitors independently.

Can you focus on maintenance contracts?+

Yes. We can prioritise your actual maintenance offer, client sectors and service area in the agreed scope.

Is outbound prospecting included?+

Only if separately agreed. It is not automatically part of the website and SEO package.
