Separate urgent repairs from planned work
A breakdown request and a cold room installation brief need different messages and landing pages. We agree which services deserve budget and who will respond before launching a campaign.
Commercial refrigeration should not inherit a generic residential HVAC campaign. Domestic fridge repairs, heating, consumer appliances and industrial processes can attract traffic outside your actual offer.
| Theme | Customer destination | Operational check |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial repair searches | Relevant breakdown service page | Equipment, geography and actual answering hours |
| Cold room installations | Project scope and enquiry page | Survey capacity and supported system types |
| Maintenance searches | Clear maintenance information | Contract fit and assets covered |
| Brand or equipment searches | An accurate supported-equipment page | No unsupported authorised-service claims |
Set locations and schedules around reality
Your service geography depends on travel, engineer coverage and the work type. There is no single radius suitable for every contractor. Planned installation coverage may differ from emergency attendance coverage.
Review location settings and campaign timing against the agreed response arrangements. An advert should not promise round-the-clock assistance when the telephone or inbox is unmonitored.
Use query evidence to control waste
We review searches, exclusions and enquiry feedback. Recruitment, training, domestic appliance faults and parts-only demand may need different treatment depending on the business.
Match types, bidding and account structure are selected for the available data and budget. Overseas HVAC click-cost benchmarks are not presented as reliable forecasts for your UK refrigeration campaign.
Make the landing page match the advert
Show actual services, coverage, approved credentials and a practical contact option. Response targets should include their conditions, and submitting a form should not be described as an engineer booking unless the process supports that.
Call-out charges, survey requirements and any advertised offers need accurate terms. We do not invent a free inspection or energy-saving guarantee to make an advert more persuasive.
Measure qualified opportunities
Where agreed, track calls and forms alongside confirmed enquiry quality. A telephone-button click is not necessarily a completed conversation. Installation surveys, repair jobs and maintenance proposals should be assessed separately where outcome feedback exists.
Account access, landing-page work and tracking are agreed in the proposal. No fixed cost per enquiry or number of contracts is guaranteed.
Google Ads management: from £499/month
Advertising spend is additional and paid directly to Google. Campaign management is an optional service alongside Local Authority; the proposal identifies coverage, tracking, landing-page work and any additional production.
Local Authority for commercial refrigeration companies
Build your local presence with a website, ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. Commercial refrigeration companies serving restaurants, retailers and commercial site teams in a defined region can use our Local Authority package, with trade and primary-town exclusivity agreed before starting.
First month free. No setup fee. Initial three-month commitment. Months two and three are £499 each: £998 total for the initial three months. From month four, the website and ongoing SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled.
- Core website sections and up to 10 core service pages, or agreed improvements to a suitable existing website.
- Your primary town plus up to five nearby genuine service areas at launch.
- 8–10 researched pages or agreed content improvements each month around relevant services, locations and project evidence.
- Google Business Profile optimisation, internal linking, technical SEO and monthly reporting.
- Hosting and maintenance included while the main plan remains active.
After completing the three-month commitment and paying outstanding fees, you retain ownership of the agreed website content and assets, with handover subject to the platform and licensing terms. Give at least seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal to cancel. After cancellation, hosting only is £29.99/month, or hosting with ongoing minor maintenance is £50/month; SEO and marketing stop. These are alternative support options, not additional charges while the main plan is active.
Wider regional or national campaigns, extensive evidence production and specialist integrations are separately assessed. Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, link building and digital PR are optional additional services with separate fees. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform. See Local Authority details and full terms.
