Research natural turf installation intent
Group searches by the customer’s actual need. “Turf laying service [town]”, “new lawn installation” and “lawn replacement contractor” may need different information from “turf supplier” or “lawn mowing”. Keyword choice should reflect your offer and local demand.
| Intent | Useful content |
|---|---|
| Turf laying [town] | Coverage, supply-and-lay offer, projects and quotation route |
| Lawn replacement | Existing lawn removal, preparation and assessment |
| New lawn installation | Process, product choices and initial requirements |
| Turf laying cost | Factors affecting the quote and what is included |
| Turf delivery or supply | Separate supply information, if genuinely offered |
| Lawn care or seeding | Distinct service pages only where offered |
Give service and location pages useful substance
Explain preparation, laying and replacement without hiding them inside a general landscaping list. Link service pages to relevant projects and coverage. Town pages should contain distinct, useful information supported by genuine work or service evidence, rather than repeating a page for every nearby place.
Keep artificial grass clearly separate where offered. Sports turf, wildflower turf, seeding and treatment pages need real capability and product evidence; they should not be added just to chase more keywords.
Use project evidence and aftercare content
Show the starting lawn, preparation and finished result with approved photographs and a clear account of your role. Explain quotation factors such as area, access, removal and soil preparation. If you provide indicative prices, state the assumptions and distinguish them from a final quote.
Answer questions about the aftercare you provide, with technical advice checked by your team and aligned with the supplied turf. Avoid presenting a universal calendar as suitable for every lawn or condition.
Maintain an accurate local presence
Review your eligible Google Business Profile, appropriate categories, coverage, hours and contact details. Request honest reviews consistently without scripting particular keywords or asking only customers expected to give five stars. Verify memberships before displaying badges.
Check the site and report meaningful progress
Review mobile usability, images, headings, titles, indexing, canonicals and internal links. Preserve useful URLs and plan redirects for agreed changes. Monitor relevant search activity and qualified quote requests, separating product shoppers and job seekers. Rankings and AI mentions cannot be guaranteed.
Related website work: Landscape Gardener of Kent

Our Landscape Gardener of Kent website work demonstrates how service information, garden projects, coverage and enquiry routes can fit together. It is a related landscaping example, rather than a dedicated turfing SEO or advertising result.
Your website would use your own turf laying projects and approved customer feedback. Explore the client website or view our portfolio.
Turfing marketing pricing
Local Authority includes home, about, contact, project and review sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. We add 8–10 pages each month around the agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. We agree topics and the evidence needed before producing them.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger regional campaigns, online ordering and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details.
