Define a lead your team can quote
Agree whether you want full supply-and-lay projects, lawn replacement, labour-only laying or supply-only orders. Clarify minimum project scope where applicable and realistic coverage. A request for ten rolls is different from a complete lawn transformation; recurring lawn care is another service again.
| Information | How it helps |
|---|---|
| Town or postcode | Confirm coverage and travel |
| Approximate lawn size | Understand scale without demanding exact measurements |
| Current surface | Identify new ground, existing lawn or another starting point |
| Preparation required | Discuss removal, soil work and assessment needs |
| Access and preferred timing | Prepare for a realistic conversation about delivery |
| Customer type and scope | Distinguish homeowner projects from builder or commercial briefs |
Keep the first form short. Your team confirms dimensions, conditions and quotation scope during the assessment. Avoid presenting a rough online description as a fixed installation price.
Compare enquiry sources fairly
Our website and SEO, Google Ads and Meta campaigns promote your own business. We do not distribute the enquiries generated for you to a contractor panel. A customer may still independently seek other quotations.
For purchased leads, check sharing, geography, duplicates, invalid-lead terms, service fit and the full cost. Supplier referrals depend on genuine relationships and scheme eligibility. Third-party subscriptions are separate from our management fees.
Match follow-up to laying capacity
Assign responsibility for requests, acknowledge them and check whether the location and service fit. Record the next action and explain realistic response times. Coordinate quotation availability with your team’s programme and supply arrangements rather than promise immediate laying for every lead.
Booking tools, CRM integrations and automated nurture require agreed scope. Respect requests to stop follow-up and keep a record of unsuitable enquiries so campaigns can improve.
Measure quoted and won work
Track source, suitable enquiry, contact made, assessment, quote and outcome. Record why requests fail to progress, such as supply-only demand, wrong area or a job your team does not offer. Include management fees and ad spend in paid acquisition cost, then compare cost per won job with the contribution after materials, labour and disposal.
Turfing marketing pricing
Local Authority includes home, about, contact, project and review sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. We add 8–10 pages each month around the agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. We agree topics and the evidence needed before producing them.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger regional campaigns, online ordering and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details.
