Choose a clear natural turf offer
Agree preferred jobs, coverage and available capacity before spending. Supply-and-lay, replacement lawns and labour-only installation need different messages. Product delivery and recurring treatments should have separate campaigns if those services are part of the brief.
| Offer | Search themes | Relevant destination |
|---|---|---|
| Supply and lay | Turf laying service, natural lawn installation | Preparation, products, projects and quote form |
| Lawn replacement | New lawn, lawn replacement contractor | Removal, assessment and installation scope |
| Laying only | Turf laying contractor | What the customer supplies and your role |
| Builder or commercial work | Commercial turf laying, where relevant | Capacity, programme and comparable projects |
Keep irrelevant searches out of the campaign
Review actual search terms for artificial grass, recruitment, DIY, mowing or supply-only traffic that does not match your offer. Exclusions depend on the business: a supplier should not exclude its own product searches. “Near me”, “cost” and “quote” can indicate buying intent and should not be blocked automatically.
Set location controls around genuine coverage and review enquiry postcodes. Choose bidding, match types, schedules and budgets against the available data and response capacity, rather than assume every turfing business needs the same setup.
Match the page to the advert
A natural turf laying search should land on natural lawn installation information. Show preparation, relevant projects, genuine reviews and a clear quotation route. Explain price factors without promising a fixed all-in rate before assessing the work.
Track installation opportunities and outcomes
Check agreed call and form measurement before launch, then review qualified enquiries, assessments, quotes and jobs won. Record whether a request was for the wrong service or location. Use that feedback to refine keywords and copy.
Management fees and Google spend both count towards acquisition cost. Assess budgets using local demand and job contribution, without treating US lead-price benchmarks as a forecast. Any separate Local Services Ads assessment would first require checking current eligibility and requirements; it is not assumed within standard Search management.
£499 monthly management plus Google spend
The agreed scope includes planning, setup, copy, keywords, location management, conversion checks, search-term review and reporting. New pages, extensive integrations and larger regional campaigns need separate scope.
