Make the portfolio support a decision
Strong photography introduces the work, but buyers also need to understand who you help and what you delivered. An occupier, landlord and consultant may each look for different project evidence and contact routes.
We structure the site around your services, region, preferred project sizes and design or delivery role. Clear navigation should make useful information easy to find without requiring an elaborate animation or oversized video download.
| Section | Purpose | Material needed |
|---|---|---|
| Homepage | Capabilities, region and next step | Accurate business introduction |
| Services | Explain actual delivery scope | Approved responsibilities and boundaries |
| Projects | Support comparison and shortlisting | Brief, area, role, images and outcome |
| Team and credentials | Explain the business behind the work | Verified current information |
| Process and enquiries | Route a brief to the right contact | Assessment stages and monitored destinations |
Show contributions and outcomes accurately
Credit the design and delivery partners involved. Distinguish completed projects from renders and future proposals. Use client logos, testimonials and photographs only with the appropriate permissions.
Industry memberships, safety schemes, ISO certificates, company status and project-specific ratings are different claims. Confirm scope, current status and permitted branding rather than display a generic wall of badges.
Build a practical project enquiry
Ask for the region, project type, approximate size if known, intended timing, contact role and details. Budget bands can help where appropriate, but early-stage buyers should be able to say they are unsure.
Plan uploads, CRM integrations, consultation booking or separate procurement contacts only where supported and agreed. A form submission is a request for contact rather than an accepted specification, final quotation or confirmed programme.
Improve the website you already have
We review your existing pages, search data, platform access and estimate enquiry journey before recommending changes. A useful website may need clearer service information, stronger local coverage or a simpler enquiry route rather than a rebuild.
If a replacement is justified, the quote covers the content, valuable URLs, redirects, forms and supported integrations. Website work and ongoing SEO can be delivered together through Local Authority. Any development outside the agreed package is quoted separately.
Agree production and migration
Preserve useful URLs, project content and business-owned access where supported. Agree redirects, domain arrangements, form destinations and tracking. Confirm who approves service copy and project evidence before launch.
New photography, filming, 360 tours, bespoke interactive tools, large asset migrations and advanced integrations need a defined production scope. Existing imagery and a clear project page may provide a suitable starting point.
See how we present local businesses
Our website portfolio shows work for trade businesses, including service layouts and enquiry routes. Your business would use its own people, verified credentials and approved evidence. We do not present those trade examples as office fit-out results.
Local Authority website and SEO package
First month free, no setup fee, then £499/month with an initial three-month commitment. The website, ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, hosting and maintenance sit within the agreed package.
Standalone builds and work beyond that scope receive separate quotes. The ownership, handover and optional hosting arrangements are set out below and in the full terms.
Local Authority for office fit-out companies
Build your local presence with a website, ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. Office fit-out companies serving occupiers, landlords and project teams in a defined region can use our Local Authority package, with trade and primary-town exclusivity agreed before starting.
First month free. No setup fee. Initial three-month commitment. Months two and three are £499 each: £998 total for the initial three months. From month four, the website and ongoing SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled.
- Core website sections and up to 10 core service pages, or agreed improvements to a suitable existing website.
- Your primary town plus up to five nearby genuine service areas at launch.
- 8–10 researched pages or agreed content improvements each month around relevant services, locations and project evidence.
- Google Business Profile optimisation, internal linking, technical SEO and monthly reporting.
- Hosting and maintenance included while the main plan remains active.
After completing the three-month commitment and paying outstanding fees, you retain ownership of the agreed website content and assets, with handover subject to the platform and licensing terms. Give at least seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal to cancel. After cancellation, hosting only is £29.99/month, or hosting with ongoing minor maintenance is £50/month; SEO and marketing stop. These are alternative support options, not additional charges while the main plan is active.
Wider regional or national campaigns, extensive portfolio production and specialist integrations are separately assessed. Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, link building and digital PR are optional additional services with separate fees. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform. See Local Authority details and full terms.
