Answer the buyer’s first questions
Visitors should be able to understand what your business does, where it works and how to request the appropriate next step. A homeowner with an uncertain material and a contractor with an existing report should both have a clear route.
Use calm language, readable mobile layouts and accurate business information. The site should not turn uncertainty into a diagnosis or imply that every enquiry requires removal.
| Section | Purpose | Material needed |
|---|---|---|
| Homepage | Service, area and enquiry route | Accurate business introduction |
| Service pages | Distinguish actual activities | Approved scope and delivery arrangements |
| Credentials | Explain verified status precisely | Current documents and permitted branding |
| Project examples | Show context and actual role | Approved images, scope and permissions |
| Coverage and contact | Route suitable enquiries | Real working area and monitored contact details |
Make service delivery transparent
Separate removal, surveys, analysis and other activities only where genuinely offered. If another organisation delivers a service, explain the relationship and whose credentials apply. Avoid presenting an external laboratory’s accreditation as your own.
Project pages should describe the work undertaken and the evidence supporting any stated outcome. “Before and after” is a visual format, not a clearance certificate or proof that an entire property is asbestos-free.
Design an enquiry form people can complete
Ask for the site postcode, property or project type, reason for contact, known timing and contact details. Include an option for uncertainty. Supported uploads can accept existing reports where useful, with a simple route for visitors who have none.
Do not require self-sampling or close-up inspection. Agree form destinations, supported integrations and who monitors them. An online booking request should not promise a technically approved scope or final price.
Improve the website you already have
We review your existing pages, search data, platform access and estimate enquiry journey before recommending changes. A useful website may need clearer service information, stronger local coverage or a simpler enquiry route rather than a rebuild.
If a replacement is justified, the quote covers the content, valuable URLs, redirects, forms and supported integrations. Website work and ongoing SEO can be delivered together through Local Authority. Any development outside the agreed package is quoted separately.
Plan any migration carefully
Review valuable URLs, redirects, domain arrangements, existing enquiries and tracking before launch. Agree the content approval process and who signs off technical descriptions. Supported platform integrations and substantial extra development should be identified before commitment.
See how we present local businesses
Our website portfolio shows work for trade businesses, including service layouts and enquiry routes. Your business would use its own people, verified credentials and approved evidence. We do not present those trade examples as asbestos removal results.
Local Authority website and SEO package
First month free, no setup fee, then £499/month with an initial three-month commitment. The website, ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, hosting and maintenance sit within the agreed package.
Standalone builds, extensive integrations, specialist production and development outside that scope receive a separate quote. Cancellation, ownership and optional hosting arrangements are set out below and in the full terms.
Local Authority for asbestos removal companies
Build your local presence with a website, ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. Asbestos removal companies serving homeowners, property managers, builders and local commercial projects fit our Local Authority package, with trade and primary-town exclusivity agreed before starting.
First month free. No setup fee. Initial three-month commitment. Months two and three are £499 each: £998 total for the initial three months. From month four, the website and ongoing SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled.
- Core website sections and up to 10 core service pages, or agreed improvements to a suitable existing website.
- Your primary town plus up to five nearby genuine service areas at launch.
- 8–10 researched pages or agreed content improvements each month around relevant services, locations and project evidence.
- Google Business Profile optimisation, internal linking, technical SEO and monthly reporting.
- Hosting and maintenance included while the main plan remains active.
After completing the three-month commitment and paying outstanding fees, you retain ownership of the agreed website content and assets, with handover subject to the platform and licensing terms. Give at least seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal to cancel. After cancellation, hosting only is £29.99/month, or hosting with ongoing minor maintenance is £50/month; SEO and marketing stop. These are alternative support options, not additional charges while the main plan is active.
Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, link building and digital PR are optional additional services with separate fees. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform. See Local Authority details and full terms.
