Define suitability before increasing volume
A request for a survey, a removal quotation and a laboratory result are different opportunities. Start by agreeing which services you provide directly, which you arrange through others and which enquiries you cannot accept.
Qualification should consider the site location, project purpose, available information, client role and proposed timing. A low-cost form submission is not evidence that the work is appropriate or ready to quote.
| Request | Information that helps | What remains to be established |
|---|---|---|
| Removal enquiry | Site, planned work and any existing report | Suitable assessment and actual scope |
| Survey enquiry, where offered | Property use, project purpose and contact role | Appropriate survey specification |
| Testing enquiry, where offered | What information the client already has | Provider and professional next step |
| Commercial project | Known scope, documentation and procurement stage | Capability fit and delivery requirements |
Keep first contact accessible
A short form can ask for the postcode, reason for contacting you, property or site type, timing and contact details. Let people say they are unsure or have no report yet. Avoid requiring visitors to choose a legal work category themselves.
Where uploads are included, invite existing reports or images already available. Do not ask people to disturb material, obtain a sample or enter a restricted area to complete a marketing form. An uploaded image is not a diagnosis.
Choose the acquisition route
Relevant search pages and Google Business Profile improvements can support local discovery. Optional Google Ads can focus on the services you want, while Meta advertising may suit planned property projects. We assess the budget and actual demand before recommending a channel mix.
Campaigns run for your business rather than a shared-lead resale panel. Prospects may still independently seek competing quotes. Commercial relationships and framework applications have their own processes alongside digital enquiries.
Agree response and measurement responsibilities
Set a monitored destination and identify who reviews enquiries during working hours. An automatic acknowledgement can confirm receipt without promising a final price, emergency attendance or immediate removal.
Reporting distinguishes invalid contacts, relevant enquiries, assessed opportunities, quotes and known accepted work. Call handling, CRM implementation and ongoing sales follow-up are separately agreed if required.
Local Authority plus optional advertising
Local Authority supplies the agreed website and organic visibility work: first month free, then £499/month with an initial three-month commitment. Google Ads management starts from £499/month plus spend paid directly to Google. Combined Meta management starts from £499/month plus spend paid directly to Meta.
The proposal sets deliverables, tracking, fees and responsibilities. We do not promise a universal cost per lead, a fixed job volume or that every enquiry will meet your technical acceptance criteria.
Local Authority for asbestos removal companies
Build your local presence with a website, ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. Asbestos removal companies serving homeowners, property managers, builders and local commercial projects fit our Local Authority package, with trade and primary-town exclusivity agreed before starting.
First month free. No setup fee. Initial three-month commitment. Months two and three are £499 each: £998 total for the initial three months. From month four, the website and ongoing SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled.
- Core website sections and up to 10 core service pages, or agreed improvements to a suitable existing website.
- Your primary town plus up to five nearby genuine service areas at launch.
- 8–10 researched pages or agreed content improvements each month around relevant services, locations and project evidence.
- Google Business Profile optimisation, internal linking, technical SEO and monthly reporting.
- Hosting and maintenance included while the main plan remains active.
After completing the three-month commitment and paying outstanding fees, you retain ownership of the agreed website content and assets, with handover subject to the platform and licensing terms. Give at least seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal to cancel. After cancellation, hosting only is £29.99/month, or hosting with ongoing minor maintenance is £50/month; SEO and marketing stop. These are alternative support options, not additional charges while the main plan is active.
Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, link building and digital PR are optional additional services with separate fees. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform. See Local Authority details and full terms.
