Target the service, not every asbestos search
Removal quotations, surveys, sample analysis, compensation claims and training courses represent different intentions. We research the services you want to promote and the locations you can serve before choosing keywords and landing pages.
Your actual capability and acceptance criteria guide the account. An advert should not imply that a removal contractor also operates an accredited laboratory, or that every material can be priced from a photograph.
| Service theme | Landing-page focus | Qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Local removal enquiries | Actual service and assessment process | Site and reason for contact |
| Garage roof projects, where offered | Your role and scope of work | Property, timing and available information |
| Commercial projects | Relevant capability and verified credentials | Known scope and procurement stage |
| Surveys or testing, where offered | Exact provider and service arrangement | Purpose and appropriate next step |
Review search terms and geographic fit
Claims, employment, training, equipment and DIY terms may require exclusions when they do not fit the campaign. Waste collection and disposal-facility searches need particular care: someone looking for a council facility may not want your contracted service.
Review actual search terms and enquiry quality rather than adopt a universal exclusion list. Location settings should account for the site you can serve and the possibility that a property manager researches it from elsewhere.
Use evidence-based claims and platform checks
Ads and landing pages need accurate business identity, verified service claims and suitable current credentials. We review applicable platform requirements for the actual campaign; a competitor’s advert does not establish eligibility or approval.
Avoid fear-based diagnoses, unsupported health promises and claims of guaranteed safety or universal certification. Your competent reviewer approves relevant technical wording before it is submitted.
Give the click a clear destination
Send each theme to a relevant service page with your working area, provider information and enquiry route. Let visitors describe uncertainty or share an existing report. Any request for images should avoid encouraging disturbance or unsafe access.
Agree who monitors responses and what happens before a proposal. The advert should not promise immediate removal when assessment, planning or other requirements must first be established.
Measure the business outcome
Separate valid calls and forms from suitable opportunities, quotes and accepted work. Call tracking or offline conversion imports can be considered where the systems, permissions and staff process support them.
Do not import a competitor’s reported cost per lead as your forecast. Budget, location, service mix and tracking differ. Bids, match types and networks should be reviewed against the account’s evidence.
Google Ads management from £499/month
Advertising spend is additional and paid directly to Google. The proposal identifies campaigns, landing-page work, tracking, reporting and terms. Third-party software, extensive new production and development outside the agreed scope are separately identified.
Local Authority is the separate website and ongoing organic visibility plan described below. Advertising results, enquiry costs and job volumes cannot be guaranteed.
Local Authority for asbestos removal companies
Build your local presence with a website, ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. Asbestos removal companies serving homeowners, property managers, builders and local commercial projects fit our Local Authority package, with trade and primary-town exclusivity agreed before starting.
First month free. No setup fee. Initial three-month commitment. Months two and three are £499 each: £998 total for the initial three months. From month four, the website and ongoing SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled.
- Core website sections and up to 10 core service pages, or agreed improvements to a suitable existing website.
- Your primary town plus up to five nearby genuine service areas at launch.
- 8–10 researched pages or agreed content improvements each month around relevant services, locations and project evidence.
- Google Business Profile optimisation, internal linking, technical SEO and monthly reporting.
- Hosting and maintenance included while the main plan remains active.
After completing the three-month commitment and paying outstanding fees, you retain ownership of the agreed website content and assets, with handover subject to the platform and licensing terms. Give at least seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal to cancel. After cancellation, hosting only is £29.99/month, or hosting with ongoing minor maintenance is £50/month; SEO and marketing stop. These are alternative support options, not additional charges while the main plan is active.
Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, link building and digital PR are optional additional services with separate fees. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform. See Local Authority details and full terms.
