Define a useful solar enquiry
Agree whether the priority is new domestic PV, battery storage, commercial systems or a particular combination. Qualification should establish the brief before a competent assessment confirms suitability.
| Information | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Postcode and project type | Check service coverage and route the enquiry |
| Customer role and authority | Understand who can discuss or approve the project |
| Existing PV or battery | Identify the assessment needed |
| Energy usage or bill range, if known | Prepare the conversation; allow unsure |
| Property and roof information, if known | Identify questions for a survey |
| Timescale | Distinguish research from planned procurement |
A short form cannot confirm roof condition, structural suitability, electrical compatibility or final savings. Do not automatically reject a commercial representative or a roof on orientation alone. Let customers explain their circumstances and share detailed records later through an agreed process.
Compare direct campaigns and purchased leads
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO and separately agreed Google or Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to an installer panel. Customers may independently approach other firms.
Third-party lead purchases and booked appointments have separate terms. Check origin, sharing, consent, qualification, duplicates, replacements, no-shows, fees and provider eligibility. A verified phone number is different from a technically suitable project or an agreed survey.
Follow the enquiry to installation
Track valid contact, service fit, assessment, proposal, decision and completed installation. Record losses and reasons. Assess media, management and survey effort against suitable projects; no fixed lead count or cost is promised.
Survey calendars, savings calculators, CRM connections and automated follow-up require separate assessment and scope. Estimates must explain the inputs and limitations.
Solar marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
