Define a useful smart home enquiry
Agree the project types, supported systems, delivery roles and areas you want to serve. A single-room upgrade may be valuable, but it needs a different discussion from a whole-home design brief.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Project postcode | Check genuine coverage |
| New build, renovation, retrofit or support | Route the request |
| Systems of interest | Understand automation, lighting, AV or network needs |
| Project stage and indicative timescale | Prepare design and installation discussions |
| Customer role | Identify homeowner, architect, builder or other project contact |
| Existing platform, if known | Check support scope; allow unsure |
| Indicative budget, optionally | Discuss fit without forcing a technical specification |
Customers do not need to diagnose their system to enquire. Do not request passwords, remote-access credentials, alarm codes or detailed network information in the initial form. Plans and technical records can follow through an agreed controlled route.
Compare direct campaigns and bought opportunities
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO and separately agreed Google or Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to an installer panel. Customers may independently compare firms.
Third-party leads and appointments have separate terms. Check whether they concern professional integration, retail gadgets or basic support. Review source, sharing, contact permissions, project stage, duplicates, replacements and fees. An enquiry, consultation and awarded project are different outcomes.
Explain consultation and follow-up
State whether the next step is an initial discussion, paid design work or a site assessment. A form does not confirm compatibility, price or an installation date. Route existing customers to the actual agreed support process.
Track fit, consultation, proposal, design commission and completed work separately. Booking calendars, uploads, calculators, CRM connections and automated nurture require separate scope. No fixed lead count or project value is promised.
Smart home marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
