Define a suitable maintenance enquiry
Agree accepted tasks, minimum-job expectations, coverage and capacity. One repair, recurring instructions and a refurbishment job list need different qualification. Avoid assuming every property request fits a general maintenance team.
| Question | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check working-area fit |
| Job list or brief description | Understand accepted work |
| Property type | Prepare for assessment |
| Homeowner, landlord, agent or another role | Understand instructions and approval arrangements |
| One-off or recurring requirement | Route the client need |
| Timing and access context | Plan follow-up and availability |
Allow uncertainty. A description or photograph does not establish technical diagnosis, specialist suitability or a final quotation. Tenant-originated requests should follow the business's actual authorisation process rather than automatically be rejected or treated as approved work.
Compare lead models clearly
Our monthly service promotes your business through SEO, Google Ads and suitable Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Customers may independently compare firms.
When considering bought contacts or booked appointments, check exclusivity, verification, duplicates, accepted tasks, replacement terms and fees. A recurring-maintenance enquiry is not a signed contract. Third-party purchases are separate from our management scope.
Follow the work through to a useful outcome
Record contact, scope fit, assessment, quotation and accepted work separately. For agent instructions, clarify the approval route and agreed reporting process. Evaluate spend, management fees, travel and quoting effort against suitable work won.
Missed-call replies, booking assistants, CRM integration, client portals and automated nurture require separate scope. No fixed enquiry quantity or universal conversion improvement is promised.
Property maintenance marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details.
