A useful enquiry starts with a suitable project
More form submissions are only useful if the work fits your business. Agree the products, minimum practical scope, location, supply or installation options and current capacity before planning lead generation.
| Enquiry | Useful first questions |
|---|---|
| Gate or railing installation | Location, approximate dimensions, style, timing and site photographs |
| Architectural package | Project stage, drawing availability, your required role and programme |
| Industrial RFQ | Material, process, quantity, specification and delivery requirements |
| Repair or alteration | Existing item, problem, access and whether this work is offered |
Build a route through your own business
Organic search, paid search and suitable Meta campaigns should direct prospects to a page that explains the relevant service. Enquiries from your own-brand campaigns are not resold by us to a panel, although customers may independently contact competitors.
Make requesting a quote straightforward
Ask for enough information to route the request without demanding a complete technical specification from a homeowner. Commercial buyers may already have drawings; offer an agreed way to provide them after initial contact. Secure uploads, CAD handling and CRM connections require separate scope.
Confirm receipt and assign someone to assess service fit and the next step. Distinguish early design discussions, tender requests and ready-to-order work. Technical suitability and final pricing remain with your estimating team.
Measure what progresses to a quotation
Record enquiry source, suitable scope, contact made, survey or technical discussion, quote issued and outcome. Industrial RFQs can involve a longer approval process than a small residential installation. Report pipeline value separately from accepted orders and revenue.
A low cost per submission can hide irrelevant repairs, job applications or materials-only requests. Use qualification feedback to refine the pages and campaigns. We do not promise a fixed volume of RFQs or a universal cost per lead.
Metalwork marketing pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Ongoing work includes 8–10 researched new pages monthly, hosting, maintenance and reporting within the agreed plan.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. National industrial campaigns, extensive capability libraries and integrations need separate assessment. See full package details.
