Define a suitable marquee hire enquiry
Agree the occasions, structure range, delivery areas and booking values the business wants. A genuine request still needs an available date, feasible location and suitable brief. More form submissions are not useful if they repeatedly concern unavailable weekends or work outside your coverage.
Match channels to the organiser’s stage
Local SEO supports discovery for regional and occasion-specific searches. Google Ads can capture active hire requests. Meta advertising can introduce your setups to people considering an event. Each route needs relevant photographs, service information and a clear quotation action.
Qualify with a few useful questions
Ask for the date, venue or postcode, approximate guest count, occasion and required extras. If the organiser is still deciding, allow them to explain. Do not label a form enquiry a confirmed appointment, reserved marquee or accepted booking.
Agree the response and quotation workflow
Decide who checks the diary, reviews site access, arranges surveys and prepares quotes. Automated acknowledgements can confirm receipt; they should not imply that stock or crew have been allocated. Lead handling and appointment setting are not automatically part of marketing management.
Distinguish campaigns from purchased lead models
We manage agreed channels for your business rather than offer a universal shared-lead marketplace, commission-only deal or fixed pay-per-lead package. Before comparing suppliers, check exclusivity, qualification, delivery, account ownership and responsibility for follow-up.
Report the stages your records can support
Track delivered forms, contactable organisers, suitable requests, site surveys, quotes and confirmed bookings separately. Include management fees and media spend in acquisition reviews. Feedback about unsuccessful dates, locations and budgets helps refine campaigns without treating every rejection as a tracking failure.
Use evidence from events you actually supplied
Show approved event photographs, the structure used, your role and genuine customer feedback. Distinguish a complete package from a structure-only hire and identify partner-supplied furniture, catering or lighting accurately. Get permission before publishing identifiable guests, private addresses or wedding details.
Our portfolio and case studies show work for other local businesses. They illustrate our approach and are not a claim of previous results for a marquee hire client.
Agree the scope before starting
Lead generation combines agreed channels and enquiry improvements. We do not sell a universal pay-per-lead package.
