Let a real installation explain the experience
Show an empty site becoming a finished event space, an approved evening interior or a sequence of the build and final layout. Keep the actual structure and package clear. Obtain permission for customer photographs, identifiable guests, music and partner-owned content before using them commercially.
Adapt creative for Facebook and Instagram
Facebook carousels can compare occasion-led setups and explain the package. Instagram Reels and Stories can show a build, reveal or short walkthrough with readable captions. Check cropping, text and the destination for each placement rather than reuse an image without reviewing how it displays.
Keep wedding, private-party and corporate offers distinct
Different organisers need different evidence. An elegant wedding setup and a corporate activation should not lead to a vague generic form. Available targeting features are checked during setup; do not assume a particular relationship-status option or interest will always be available or reliably identify buyers.
Offer a next step the business can honour
A brochure request, availability enquiry or site-survey discussion can provide a clear action. Use a free-visit or discount offer only where it matches your real policy and published conditions. An advert must not promise that every preferred date is still available.
Qualify instant forms and landing-page requests
Collect event date, postcode or venue, occasion and approximate guest count. Compare enquiry quality across form routes rather than choosing only the cheapest submission. The sales team still needs to assess suitability, stock and setup arrangements.
Review outcomes with appropriate measurement
Configure tracking and any remarketing with the required permissions and consent. Where records allow, connect enquiries to quotations and confirmed bookings. Avoid guaranteed learning timelines or claims that a small test spend must deliver a particular number of events.
Use evidence from events you actually supplied
Show approved event photographs, the structure used, your role and genuine customer feedback. Distinguish a complete package from a structure-only hire and identify partner-supplied furniture, catering or lighting accurately. Get permission before publishing identifiable guests, private addresses or wedding details.
Our portfolio and case studies show work for other local businesses. They illustrate our approach and are not a claim of previous results for a marquee hire client.
