Define what makes a suitable flooring enquiry
Agree materials, project sizes, coverage and capacity. A customer needing installation of flooring bought elsewhere may not suit a supply-and-fit-only business. A commercial project needs a different conversation from one domestic room.
| Question | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check coverage |
| Flooring type, if known | Route LVT, wood, carpet or another accepted material |
| Supply and fit or fitting only | Check the delivery model |
| Rooms and approximate sizes | Understand initial scope |
| Existing floor and project stage | Prepare for assessment |
| Preferred timing and customer role | Check capacity and access arrangements |
Allow customers to be unsure. Approximate dimensions and photographs do not establish the subfloor condition, final material quantities, technical suitability or a confirmed price. Explain when a site measure or assessment is needed.
Compare direct enquiries and bought leads clearly
Our monthly service promotes your business through SEO, Google Ads and suitable Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Customers may independently compare suppliers and installers.
If considering a lead provider, check shared versus exclusive delivery, duplicates, accepted job types, verification, replacements and fees. A contact is different from a booked measure or accepted quotation. Third-party lead purchases are separate from our management scope.
Follow each route through to the installation
Record contact, qualified requirements, showroom or measure visits, quotations and accepted work separately. Commercial briefs may need specifications and access discussions before pricing. Follow up within your stated arrangements rather than promise an arbitrary conversion uplift.
Evaluate spend, management fees and measuring or quoting effort against work won. CRM connections, secure uploads, booking and automated nurture require separate scope. No fixed enquiry quantity is promised.
Flooring marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details.
