FIRE ALARMS, CCTV, INTRUDER ALARMS & ACCESS CONTROL

Lead Generation for Fire & Security Companies

Generate direct enquiries under your own brand, with clear qualification for installations, maintenance and supported system work.

Define a useful fire or security enquiry

Agree service scope, accepted systems, project scale, sectors and geography. Domestic installations and commercial contracts need different qualification and follow-up.

A first enquiry should not request alarm codes, passwords, camera access, detailed security layouts or vulnerabilities. Drawings and technical records can follow through an agreed controlled route. A form cannot establish system adequacy, compliance or a safe technical specification.

Compare direct campaigns and purchased opportunities

Our standard service promotes your business through SEO and separately agreed Google or Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Customers may independently compare firms.

Third-party leads, appointments and tender services have separate terms. Check source, sharing, contact permissions, decision role, scope, duplicates, replacements and fees. An enquiry, site-survey appointment and awarded contract are different outcomes.

Route requests to the right team

Explain actual office hours and support arrangements. An acknowledgement does not confirm engineer attendance, alarm monitoring or emergency assistance. Keep marketing forms distinct from an existing customer’s agreed fault-reporting route.

Follow enquiries through delivery

Record contact, fit, survey, proposal, decision and completed work. Separate recurring maintenance from one-off installation. CRM connections, service portals, booking and automated nurture require separate scope. No fixed lead quantity or contract value is promised.

Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.

First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
