Qualify the requirement without demanding a diagnosis
Agree the services you accept, property types, coverage and available survey capacity. A buyer needing a report, an occupier worried about moisture and a contractor planning basement work have different requirements. Ask about symptoms or the intended service, rather than require a customer to choose a technical cause.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check genuine coverage |
| Property context | Understand the building and relevant service fit |
| Customer role | Route owner, buyer, landlord, tenant or agent requests |
| Concern or report purpose | Distinguish investigation from specified remedial work |
| Preferred timing | Compare with survey capacity |
| Existing reports, if available | Help the team understand the brief |
Keep the first form short and let customers be unsure. Your specialist assesses the concern. An enquiry form or photograph does not establish the cause, appropriate treatment, health risk or final price. Confirm who can authorise access and work through the business’s normal process.
Compare acquisition models
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO, Google Ads and suitable Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Customers may independently compare firms.
Shared leads, exclusive contacts and booked-survey services have different fees, verification and cancellation terms. Check the provider’s definitions and service fit. Our monthly management offer is not a fixed pay-per-lead or guaranteed-appointment bundle; third-party subscriptions are separate.
Track assessment and remedial outcomes separately
Record contact, survey bookings and attendance, reports delivered, quotations and accepted work. Explain genuine survey fees and any conditions before booking. A survey may result in advice or further investigation rather than remedial treatment.
CRM integrations, report uploads, booking tools and automated follow-up need separate scope. Evaluate management fees, spend and surveying effort against actual contribution rather than a universal job value or conversion benchmark.
Damp-proofing marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details.
