Define a qualified enquiry
Agree the products, coverage and customer types you want. A local supply-and-fit request differs from a spare-part question, trade supply order or DIY installation enquiry. Define how residential, commercial and repair requests should be routed before launching campaigns.
Build a clear path from search to survey
Send someone looking for shutters to a useful shutter page, with real installations and a clear explanation of the measuring visit. A blinds consultation page should explain product choice and fitting. SEO and paid search can support those journeys; Meta campaigns can introduce the range before someone actively searches.
Capture enough information to respond
Postcode, product interest, approximate opening count, contact details and preferred timing help assess suitability. Do not require exact measurements from someone booking a professional survey. Ask permission before requesting or publishing photographs of private rooms.
Compare lead sources on the same basis
A purchased lead, an enquiry generated through your own website and a confirmed appointment are different deliverables. When comparing providers, check who owns the advertising account and landing pages, whether the enquiry is shared, what qualification has occurred and who confirms the visit. Our managed service is scoped around your channels and business; an appointment-setting desk is not implied.
Follow up with a named responsibility
Agree who receives requests, when they respond and how appointments are confirmed. Marketing management does not automatically include answering calls, qualifying every lead, running a booking desk or closing sales. Additional handling and software connections require a separate agreement.
Measure each stage honestly
Separate form submissions from eligible enquiries, booked visits, attended surveys, quotes and orders. Record duplicate and existing-customer requests where practical. Cost per enquiry and cost per order answer different questions; include management and media costs clearly when comparing channels.
Use approved, consent-aware measurement for forms and advertising. A button click alone is not proof of a completed enquiry, and platform-reported conversions are not a verified order ledger.
Use evidence from your own installations
Show completed rooms, fitting detail, product specifications and genuine customer feedback. Explain your role if a manufacturer supplies the product and your business measures and installs it. We use only approved photographs, reviews and credentials.
Our portfolio and case studies show work for other local businesses. They are examples of our approach, not claims of results for a blind or shutter installer.
Agree the scope before starting
Lead generation combines agreed channels and enquiry improvements. We do not sell a universal pay-per-lead package.
