Give the advert a specific purpose
A repair transformation can attract attention without producing a suitable job. Choose an actual service, coverage and next step before judging the cost of views or forms.
Cosmetic repair, paintless dent removal, specialist paintwork and accident repair should only be promoted where genuinely offered. Private work is not automatically the right priority for every workshop.
Facebook: make the offer understandable
A technician introduction, a reviewed repair example or a clear explanation of the estimate process can help a local driver assess the business. Use genuine reviews with appropriate context and permission.
Copy should not imply knowledge that the viewer has had an accident or that every repair will have the same price and turnaround. An advertised offer must reflect actual availability, scope and conditions.
Instagram: show the work honestly
Short videos and carousels can show a completed repair or explain a real part of the customer process. Before-and-after images should use comparable views with captions identifying the work.
Confirm publication rights and customer permissions, and remove identifying details where appropriate. Avoid editing that conceals the result. New filming, photography, significant editing and ongoing organic posts require their own production scope.
Check available controls and measurement
We review current audience, placement and account options for the actual campaign. We do not assume a particular age, interest, postcode or lookalike setting proves someone owns a vehicle or needs a repair.
Customer lists, retargeting, tracking and automated messages need an appropriate agreed setup. Campaigns should fit the workshop’s real ability to respond and assess work.
Connect the first enquiry with assessment
Compare a suitable platform form with a mobile estimate page. Useful first questions can cover vehicle basics, location, damaged area and timing, without requesting payment details or full claim documents.
Messaging and photo routes need separate technical and operational assessment. A submitted image does not automatically confirm hidden damage, a repair method, an insurer decision or a final quotation.
One combined Meta scope from £499/month
Facebook and Instagram share one agreed management scope covering planning, setup, approved copy and creative, testing, optimisation and reporting. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Meta.
Landing pages, uploads, integrations, inbox handling and wider production are separately agreed. The proposal sets fees, terms and approvals; enquiry volumes and repair bookings are not guaranteed.
