Define a useful enquiry
Agree accepted property types, services, round areas and capacity. A one-off request can be valuable but should not be reported as a recurring customer before repeat service is confirmed.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check round or commercial coverage |
| Domestic or commercial property | Choose the right route |
| Regular or one-off service | Understand the request |
| Property type and approximate size | Prepare for assessment |
| Windows and additional services required | Clarify scope |
| Known access constraints | Prepare the next discussion |
| Preferred frequency and timing | Compare with actual arrangements |
Keep the first form brief. Do not request gate codes, keys, security details or confidential site documents in a public enquiry. Share necessary access arrangements later through an agreed process. Photos or bedroom counts alone may not establish the final price.
Separate enquiry models
Our standard service promotes your business through organic visibility and separately agreed Google or Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a cleaner panel. Customers may independently compare providers.
Pay-per-lead, booked-customer, canvassing and round-sale services have separate terms. Check postcode fit, verification, sharing, duplicates, booking status, frequency, replacements and fees. A contact record is not a retained customer. Third-party purchases are outside monthly management.
Follow the customer beyond the first visit
Record contact, scope fit, quotation, booked first clean, completed clean and repeat visits separately. Review retention and cancellations over a stated period. For commercial work, track surveys, proposals and accepted contracts.
Include media spend, fees, travel and service time. CRM connections, quote calculators, reminders, payment tools and booking automation require separate scope. No fixed lead quantity or retained-customer guarantee is promised.
Window cleaning marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
