Agree what a suitable enquiry looks like
A full window replacement request differs from a broken hinge, a supply-only order or a builder’s invitation to price a glazing package. Set clear criteria for accepted products, job size, coverage and available survey capacity before funding acquisition.
| Information | What it helps establish |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Service-area fit |
| Product or service | Windows, entrance doors, bifolds, sliding doors or a genuine repair service |
| Approximate quantity | Single-unit or wider replacement scope |
| Current stage | Early product research, ready for a survey or contractor pricing |
| Preferred timing | Fit with survey and installation capacity |
| Customer role, where relevant | Who can progress the enquiry and arrange access |
Keep the first form short and allow uncertainty. Approximate sizes are not a manufacturing specification. A form does not verify ownership, technical suitability or permission requirements; your team assesses the project through its normal process.
Understand the difference between lead models
| Model | What to assess |
|---|---|
| Your own website and campaigns | Service fit, direct enquiries and actual sales outcomes |
| Shared lead platform | How many installers receive the request, fees and duplicate terms |
| Exclusive lead provider | Definition of exclusivity, verification and acceptance terms |
| Booked-appointment service | What is confirmed, attendance and cancellation arrangements |
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO, Google Ads and suitable Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to an installer panel. Customers may independently compare quotes. We offer monthly management rather than a standard pay-per-lead or guaranteed-appointment product.
Follow up from interest to installation
Acknowledge requests, check service fit and explain the next step. Record contact made, surveys booked and attended, quotes issued and accepted work. Separate early research from projects ready to progress. CRM integration, automated follow-up, booking assistants and quotation tools require their own agreed scope.
Measure acquisition cost against work won
Include management fees and advertising spend, then consider survey effort and contribution after product and installation costs. Review why requests do not progress and feed that information into targeting and qualification. Low form costs do not automatically mean profitable installations.
Window and door marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details.
