Define a suitable collection enquiry
Agree waste types, scale, areas and capacity. A photograph of a mixed pile is a starting point, not confirmation that every item can be collected. Let customers be unsure about quantity or material.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check working-area fit |
| Domestic or commercial request | Choose the right route |
| Items and materials | Check accepted waste scope |
| Approximate quantity or load | Prepare for assessment |
| Location, floors and access | Understand loading effort |
| Customer role | Clarify authority and contact |
| Preferred timing or collection frequency | Compare with capacity |
Provide an agreed route for unknown or excluded materials. Do not ask customers to open, move or sample suspected hazardous waste for a quote. The responsible operator assesses acceptance and handling requirements. Keep personal documents, access codes and confidential business records out of public forms.
Compare acquisition models clearly
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO and separately agreed Google or Meta advertising. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a carrier panel. Customers may independently compare firms.
Lead marketplaces, commission and appointment providers have separate terms. Check sharing, verification, duplicates, accepted waste, coverage, replacements and fees. An enquiry is not a confirmed collection. Third-party purchases and outbound appointment setting are separate from management.
Follow the load through to completed work
Record contact, acceptance checks, quotation, booking and completed collection separately. Commercial surveys, proposals and ongoing contracts need distinct reporting. Include disposal, labour, travel, fees and spend.
Photo uploads, estimators, booking, CRM and automated follow-up require separate scope. No fixed lead volume or conversion uplift is promised.
Waste removal marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
