Define a suitable cleaning enquiry
Agree surfaces, project scale, coverage and capacity. A small patio, full driveway and commercial site need different responses. Only reject small work where it falls outside the business model.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check working-area fit |
| Domestic or commercial property | Choose the right route |
| Surface and work required | Check accepted capability |
| Approximate area | Prepare for a discussion |
| Condition and desired outcome | Understand expectations |
| Known access and water arrangements | Prepare for assessment |
| Preferred timing | Compare with actual capacity |
Allow customers to be unsure about material or dimensions. Photographs help a conversation but do not establish surface suitability, drainage arrangements or a fixed quotation. The responsible contractor assesses the site before commitment. Keep access codes and confidential site information out of public forms.
Keep acquisition models clear
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO and separately agreed Google or Meta advertising. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a cleaner panel. Customers may independently compare firms.
Pay-per-lead and commission providers have different terms. Check verification, sharing, duplicates, postcode fit, accepted services, replacements and total fees. A contact request is not a booked job. Third-party purchases and appointment setting are separate from monthly management.
Follow enquiries through to completed work
Record contact, service fit, assessment, quotation, booking and completed job separately. For commercial work, record the client role, specification and deadline. Include fees, media spend, travel and service time when reviewing results.
Photo uploads, calculators, CRM connections and automated follow-up require separate scope. No fixed lead volume or conversion uplift is promised.
Pressure washing marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
