Define what makes a suitable plastering enquiry
Agree services, minimum scope, travel limits and capacity. Patch repairs, room skimming, external rendering and subcontract site work need different follow-up. Make accepted tasks and customer types clear before buying traffic.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check coverage |
| Service required | Separate skimming, repairs, rendering and other actual offers |
| Rooms or approximate area | Understand initial scope |
| Existing surface, if known | Prepare for assessment |
| Homeowner, builder or another client role | Route the project conversation |
| Project stage and timing | Compare with capacity |
Allow uncertainty. Photos and approximate dimensions do not establish substrate suitability, cause of defects, safe removal requirements or a final price. Customers should not need to disturb existing surfaces to complete a form.
Understand the acquisition model
Our monthly service promotes your business through SEO, Google Ads and suitable Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Customers may independently compare plasterers.
When considering bought leads, check exclusivity, verification, duplicates, accepted services, replacements and fees. An enquiry is different from a booked visit or accepted quotation. Third-party purchases are separate from monthly management.
Track the job journey
Record contact, scope fit, assessment, quotation and work won. Site work may need drawings, quantities and programme discussions through an agreed route. Evaluate fees, spend, travel and quoting effort against suitable work won.
Secure photo uploads, appointment setting, CRM integration and automated follow-up require separate scope. No fixed lead volume or conversion uplift is promised.
Plastering marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
