Define a suitable kitchen enquiry
Agree accepted work, products, project sizes, coverage and capacity. An already-ordered kitchen, a complete supply-and-fit project and a door or worktop upgrade need different follow-up. State minimum-job expectations where applicable.
| Question | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check coverage |
| Fit-only, supply-and-fit or refurbishment | Route the business model |
| Kitchen ordered or still being planned | Understand project stage |
| Supplier or product, if known | Check accepted installation scope |
| Approximate scope and changes | Prepare for assessment |
| Timing and customer role | Plan availability and decision process |
Allow uncertainty. Photos and plans do not establish site condition, final measurements, specialist requirements or a confirmed price. A budget question may help discussion, but should not force a homeowner to invent a specification.
Compare lead models clearly
Our monthly service promotes your business through SEO, Google Ads and suitable Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Homeowners may independently compare fitters.
When considering bought contacts, appointments or commission services, check exclusivity, verification, duplicates, accepted scope, replacements and fees. An exclusive contact does not mean the homeowner will obtain only one quote. Third-party purchases are separate from management.
Track the journey through to work won
Record contact, scope fit, survey, quotation and accepted work separately. Confirm supply dates and related trade arrangements through the actual assessment process. Follow up within stated arrangements rather than promise a universal speed-to-lead uplift.
Evaluate fees, spend, surveying and quoting effort against suitable work won. CRM integration, appointment setting, secure uploads and automated nurture require separate scope. No fixed lead quantity is promised.
Kitchen fitting marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
