Define a suitable gutter enquiry
Agree accepted property types, height and access capability, services and coverage. Clearing, external washing and repairs need different qualification. Do not assume a customer describing a leak needs clearing alone.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check working-area fit |
| Domestic or commercial property | Choose the right route |
| Clearing, washing or repair request | Clarify accepted scope |
| Property type and approximate storeys | Prepare for access assessment |
| Known obstructions or access constraints | Understand the brief |
| Issue observed | Discuss expectations without diagnosing remotely |
| Preferred timing or contract deadline | Compare with capacity |
Allow uncertainty. Photographs can help but do not confirm safe access, condition, blockage location or final price. The responsible contractor assesses the property. Keep keys, codes and confidential access arrangements out of public forms.
Compare acquisition models clearly
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO and separately agreed Google or Meta advertising. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Customers may independently compare firms.
Lead providers and booked-job services have separate terms. Check verification, sharing, duplicates, postcode and property fit, accepted scope, replacements and fees. A contact request is not a confirmed booking. Third-party purchases and appointment setting are separate from monthly management.
Follow the request to completed work
Record contact, scope fit, assessment, quotation, booking and completion separately. For commercial work, track surveys, proposals and accepted maintenance arrangements. Review repeat visits over a stated period rather than treating every enquiry as recurring income.
CRM integration, photo uploads, booking and automated reminders require separate scope. No fixed lead quantity or conversion uplift is promised.
Gutter cleaning marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
