FOUNDATIONS, DRAINAGE & SITE PREPARATION

Lead Generation for Groundworks Contractors

Build direct groundworks enquiries under your own brand, with project qualification shaped around your scope, coverage and estimating capacity.

Define a useful project enquiry

Agree accepted services, scale, working areas and delivery capacity before choosing a channel. A drainage repair and a development groundworks package may both be relevant, but need different destinations and responses.

Use a short initial form, then agree how authorised drawings and specifications will be shared. Do not ask visitors to publish confidential tender information or site access details. Secure uploads, document portals and CRM integrations require separate assessment.

Keep acquisition models clear

Our standard service promotes your business through organic visibility and separately agreed search or Meta advertising. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Buyers may independently approach other firms.

Construction intelligence, planning data subscriptions, pay-per-lead purchases, telemarketing and preferred-supplier outreach have separate fees and terms. Check the source, recency, project stage, verification and usage permissions before purchasing. A planning application or contact record does not establish a live invitation to tender.

Follow the opportunity through procurement

Record contact, accepted scope, site visit or technical discussion, estimating invitation, quotation and award separately. Respond within your stated arrangements and give buyers the right estimating contact. An online brief does not confirm ground conditions, design adequacy, approvals or a fixed price; responsible professionals assess the project.

Report management fees, media spend and estimating effort against suitable opportunities and work won. No fixed enquiry quantity, tender access or contract value is promised.

Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.

First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
