Define a suitable garden room enquiry
Agree the range, bespoke options, accepted uses, working areas and installation capacity. A kit-only request, a fully installed office and a residential annexe are different briefs. Route them according to your real offer.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check delivery and installation coverage |
| Intended use | Understand the building brief |
| Approximate dimensions | Discuss range or bespoke fit |
| Preferred specification | Identify known needs and uncertainty |
| Known access and base status | Prepare for a site assessment |
| Timing | Compare with actual capacity |
| Indicative budget with an unsure option | Discuss inclusions and expectations |
The initial form starts a conversation. It does not confirm site suitability, approvals, specification or a fixed price. Responsible professionals assess the proposal and intended use before commitment.
Compare acquisition models clearly
Our standard service promotes your business through organic visibility and separately agreed Google or Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to an installer panel. Buyers may independently compare businesses.
Third-party lead providers and planning-data services have different terms. Check source, recency, sharing, verification, duplicates, accepted scope, replacement policy and usage permissions. A planning record is not a confirmed buyer or invitation to quote. Lead purchases and appointment setting are separate from monthly management.
Follow each request through the decision
Record brochure requests, contacted enquiries, suitable projects, visits, quotations and work won separately. Give customers a clear next step and follow up within stated arrangements. Review management fees, spend and survey effort against suitable installations.
Configurators, estimators, CRM connections, automated nurture and booking tools require separate scope. No fixed lead quantity or sales uplift is promised.
Garden room marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
