Define the work that fits your routes
Agree regular care, one-off work, minimum visit charges, travel limits and team capacity. A small job can make sense within an existing round but be uneconomic on its own.
Ask enough to prepare the next step
- Postcode and contact details.
- Regular maintenance, mowing, hedge work or a tidy-up.
- Approximate garden size and current condition, allowing unsure.
- Preferred frequency or one-off timing.
- Relevant access and parking information.
- Whether green-waste removal is needed.
- Homeowner, landlord, agent or commercial site.
Photos can follow through an agreed process. Do not ask customers to climb, enter unsafe areas or measure high hedges. Assessment confirms methods, scope, price and scheduling.
Distinguish enquiry, quote and recurring agreement
A form does not reserve a regular slot. Explain the assessment, initial tidy-up if needed, ongoing tasks, frequency, exclusions, weather arrangements and actual cancellation terms before agreeing a maintenance plan.
Know how leads are supplied
Our standard service markets your business through your website, SEO and separately agreed advertising. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Customers may independently compare providers.
Third-party lead services have separate source, sharing, duplicate, area and replacement terms. A homeowner request differs from a completed visit or signed grounds-maintenance agreement.
Track retained work and delivery costs
Review contact, fit, assessments, quotes, accepted jobs, completed visits and retention. Include travel, labour, waste handling and seasonal capacity. CRM links, route planning, reminders, automated follow-up and customer reactivation require separate scope and appropriate data arrangements.
Garden maintenance marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
