Define the jobs your team accepts
Separate urgent clearance, investigative surveys, repairs and maintenance before choosing channels. Agree coverage, accepted property types, equipment and response capacity. A wrong-area emergency request is not useful volume; a commercial tender is not the same as a domestic call-out.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check travel and coverage |
| Service or short problem description | Route clearance, survey, repair or maintenance |
| Domestic or commercial property | Check relevant capability |
| Urgency or preferred timing | Match actual response arrangements |
| Customer role and access, where useful | Identify the person arranging the work |
Keep the first form short and allow uncertainty. Customers should describe the issue without entering drains, opening unsafe access points or attempting technical diagnosis. Your team assesses the work and any further investigation needed.
Compare lead models by their terms
Our standard offer promotes your own business through SEO, Google Ads and suitable Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Customers may independently compare providers.
Shared leads, exclusive leads, booked appointments and pay-per-conversion arrangements have different fees and definitions. Check verification, duplicates, service fit, sharing and cancellation terms. Our standard fees cover monthly management rather than a fixed lead bundle; third-party subscriptions are separate.
Match follow-up to the buying process
Urgent campaigns need a monitored route and accurate hours. Survey enquiries may need a booking conversation; repair requests can require investigation before a quote. Commercial work needs site scope and decision-maker context. Record contact, bookings, surveys, quotes and accepted work rather than treat every form as a sale.
CRM integration, missed-call replies, booking assistants and automated follow-up need separate scope. Include management fees, spend, travel and quoting effort when evaluating acquisition cost against the contribution from work won.
Drainage marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details.
