Define a suitable contract opportunity
Agree accepted premises, services, site sizes, schedules and coverage. A recurring office contract and a one-off deep clean have different economics and follow-up. Do not treat employment enquiries or domestic requests as commercial leads.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Business and site postcode | Check coverage and site context |
| Premises type and approximate floor area | Prepare for scope assessment |
| Recurring or one-off service | Route the requirement |
| Frequency and operating hours | Understand schedule fit |
| Desired start or review date | Plan the sales conversation |
| Contact role | Understand the decision process |
| Brief requirements | Prepare for a walkthrough without requesting sensitive details |
Allow uncertainty about floor area and frequency. An online form does not establish staffing requirements, access arrangements, technical methods or a confirmed contract price. A site walkthrough and agreed specification may be needed.
Compare acquisition routes clearly
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO, Google Ads and suitable Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Buyers may independently seek competing proposals.
Third-party contacts, appointments and tender opportunities need different checks. Clarify verification, exclusivity, duplicates, accepted sectors and fees. A booked meeting is different from a qualified contract or accepted proposal.
Track the business decision through to delivery
Record contact made, scope fit, walkthrough, proposal, decision and contract start separately. Buyers may have review dates, approval stages or procurement requirements. Follow up through the stated process and record loss reasons as well as wins.
Include management fees, spend and estimating effort in reviews. Outbound prospecting, appointment setting, tender writing, CRM integration and automated nurture require separate scope. No fixed opportunity volume or conversion uplift is promised.
Commercial cleaning marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details.
