Define a suitable installation enquiry
A homeowner asking for a complete lawn installation differs from someone looking for a cheap roll or a small offcut. We agree what you supply, whether you fit customer-supplied grass, your minimum project scope where applicable, and the locations you can serve.
| Question | How it helps |
|---|---|
| Postcode or town | Check genuine coverage and travel requirements |
| Approximate lawn size | Understand scale without requiring an exact measurement |
| New lawn, replacement or other application | Route the request to the right service |
| Current surface and access | Prepare for a useful initial conversation |
| Preferred timing | Compare the project with available capacity |
| Contact details and short description | Arrange the next step |
A rough size is a starting point, not a final quotation. Ground conditions, removal, access, edging and the chosen product may need a site assessment. Photo uploads can be useful where separately agreed, but customers should still be able to enquire without them.
Compare your own campaigns with purchased leads
Our website and advertising services promote your business directly. We do not distribute the enquiries generated for your business to a panel of contractors. Customers may independently compare installers; own-brand enquiries do not mean they will request only one quote.
For a third-party lead platform, check whether enquiries are shared, service and geography filters, duplicate handling, contract terms and total cost. Supplier referral schemes depend on eligibility and the supplier’s actual programme. Memberships and purchased leads are separate from our fees.
Choose how customers find you
Website lead generation through SEO costs £499 a month with no setup fee. Google Ads management costs £499 a month plus Google spend. Facebook and Instagram management starts at £499 a month plus Meta spend. We agree the offer, destination and enquiry route before launching.
Follow up and learn from the outcome
Assign someone to review requests, acknowledge them and confirm service fit. Explain realistic response times. Record contact made, site visits, quotations, accepted work and reasons a request was unsuitable. Booking tools, CRM integration and automated nurture need their own agreed scope.
Calculate the cost of work won
Include management fees and ad spend when comparing paid campaigns. Divide acquisition cost by qualified enquiries, then by won installations. Compare this with the contribution after materials, labour, waste removal and other delivery costs. A low form-submission cost alone does not establish a profitable campaign.
Artificial grass marketing pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. We add 8–10 pages each month around the agreed service and location plan, supported by internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. We agree the topics and the project evidence needed before producing them.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger regional campaigns, extensive product catalogues and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details.
