Define a useful moving enquiry
Agree accepted move types, routes, scale and capacity. A single-item request and a full office relocation may both be useful, but need distinct responses. Allow customers to be unsure about dates and volume.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Collection and destination postcodes | Check route fit |
| House, office or small move | Understand the brief |
| Provisional date and flexibility | Discuss capacity without confirming a booking |
| Property size or approximate inventory | Prepare a survey |
| Floors, lifts and known access constraints | Understand loading and delivery |
| Packing, dismantling or storage needs | Clarify actual options |
| Customer role | Route the discussion appropriately |
An initial form does not establish inventory, access, price or availability. Keep keys, alarm codes and confidential office records out of public submissions. Detailed inventories and photographs can be shared later through an agreed process.
Compare acquisition models
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO and separately agreed Google or Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a mover panel. Customers may independently compare firms.
Quote networks, pay-per-lead services and mover-data providers have separate terms. Check sharing, verification, duplicates, route fit, date accuracy, replacements, fees and usage permissions. A property-status record is not a confirmed move or an invitation to quote. Third-party purchases, direct mail and appointment setting are separate from management.
Follow the move through to completion
Record contact, fit, survey, quotation, confirmed booking and completed move separately. Track date changes and cancellations. Review media spend, management fees and survey effort against suitable work.
Inventory tools, video-survey booking, CRM connections and automated follow-up require separate scope. No fixed lead quantity or booking uplift is promised.
Removals marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
