Define a suitable enquiry
Agree accepted services, coverage, availability and capacity. Allow customers to be unsure what they have seen. An initial description or photograph should not be treated as confirmed identification or a treatment plan.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check working-area fit |
| Domestic or commercial property | Choose the right route |
| Observed issue or suspected pest | Understand the request with an unsure option |
| Customer role | Clarify homeowner, tenant, agent or business involvement |
| Callout, proofing or contract request | Assess accepted scope |
| Preferred contact and timing | Prepare an appropriate response |
| Commercial brief where relevant | Route an assessment or procurement discussion |
Keep the public form brief. Do not request medical details, personal bite photographs, access codes or sensitive commercial records. Necessary site and treatment information can be discussed later through an agreed process. The competent provider assesses identification and suitability.
Keep lead models clear
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO and separately agreed Google or Meta advertising. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a provider panel. Customers may independently compare businesses.
Third-party providers have different sharing, verification, duplicate, replacement and fee terms. A contact is not a booked visit or accepted contract. Lead purchases, appointment setting and outbound prospecting are separate from monthly management.
Track outcomes by service route
Record contact, scope fit, assessment, quotation and accepted work. Report commercial surveys and contract proposals separately from domestic callouts. Include fees, spend and delivery costs.
CRM connections, chatbots, call handling, booking and automated nurture require separate scope. No fixed lead quantity or conversion uplift is promised.
Pest control marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details. Cancellation requires seven calendar days’ written notice before renewal. After cancelling the main website and SEO plan, you retain ownership of the completed website once the initial three-month commitment and outstanding fees are settled. Choose hosting only at £20/month, hosting and ongoing maintenance at £50/month, or take the website to another provider. The £20 option keeps the existing site hosted without ongoing maintenance; the £50 option includes minor updates such as changing images or existing text. Ongoing SEO and marketing stop with either option. See the ownership and cancellation terms.
