Define the work you accept
Agree door types, supported products, repair scope, coverage and available capacity. A parts-only request, an urgent repair and a planned replacement need different responses. Commercial installations require a distinct brief where offered.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Postcode | Check service-area fit |
| Repair, replacement or automation | Route the requested work |
| Door type or brand, if known | Help assess accepted products |
| Brief description | Understand the request without demanding diagnosis |
| Preferred timing | Compare with booking and installation capacity |
| Property and customer role, where useful | Identify domestic or commercial scope and access arrangements |
Allow uncertainty. Approximate dimensions or photographs do not establish a final specification, technical diagnosis or price. Customers should not need to operate a damaged door or inspect springs and mechanisms to complete a form.
Compare acquisition models clearly
Our standard service promotes your business through SEO, Google Ads and suitable Meta campaigns. We do not distribute your campaign enquiries to a contractor panel. Customers may independently compare firms.
Shared leads, exclusive contacts and booked-survey services have different fees, verification and cancellation terms. Check duplicates, accepted job types and what the provider means by exclusivity. Our standard fees cover monthly management rather than a guaranteed lead count; third-party subscriptions are separate.
Organise follow-up by service
Repair campaigns need accurate hours and a monitored route. Replacement buyers may need a product discussion, survey and quotation. Automation enquiries need suitability assessed before a commitment. Record contact, bookings, surveys, quotes and work completed separately from initial requests.
Missed-call replies, booking assistants, CRM integration and automated nurture require separate scope. Include management fees, spend, travel and quoting effort when evaluating acquisition cost against work won. Fast response helps the process, but no universal conversion uplift is promised.
Garage door marketing: pricing
Local Authority includes core website sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby launch areas where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Each month we add 8–10 pages around your agreed service and location plan, with internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical SEO, hosting, maintenance and monthly reporting. Topics and the evidence needed are agreed before production.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. Trade and primary-town exclusivity are agreed before starting. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed. Larger campaigns and integrations need separate assessment. Read package and handover details.
