Build an enquiry pipeline for your own fencing business.
We provide monthly website and marketing work. Enquiries generated for your business go to your agreed contact route; we do not resell them to a contractor panel. A customer may independently ask other businesses for quotes, so exclusive delivery does not mean a guaranteed sale.
This differs from buying a fixed bundle of leads. We agree the work and budget rather than promise a specific enquiry volume, booked appointments or a price for every lead.
Choose how to generate fencing leads.
SEO builds the website’s search presence over time. Search advertising can reach customers already looking for a contractor; Meta can introduce a planned upgrade earlier in the decision. Each route needs an appropriate page or form and consistent follow-up.
Qualify the work without making the form difficult.
| Question | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Postcode or town | Check coverage and travel suitability |
| Installation, replacement, repair or gate | Route the request to the right service |
| Material or style, if known | Understand the requirement without demanding expertise |
| Approximate length in metres, if known | Indicate initial scope without treating it as a final survey |
| Domestic, commercial or agricultural | Separate different site and quoting needs |
| Access, existing fence and removal | Identify details to discuss before a visit |
| Preferred timing and contact details | Plan a follow-up and realistic availability |
Project photos can help if your enquiry process supports them. Keep optional details optional; a site visit may still be needed before a firm quotation. The form is an initial brief, not a boundary assessment or installation specification.
Lead delivery and follow-up matter.
Agree who checks email, forms or messages and test the delivery route before launch. Acknowledge requests promptly, confirm the postcode and scope, then agree the next step. If you are on the tools, use a response process your team can sustain.
CRM integration, automated texts, AI reception and appointment booking are not assumed package features. We confirm any additional setup and cost before including them.
Compare bought leads with own-brand campaigns.
Ask whether a supplier sends the same request to several contractors, how wrong-area or duplicate enquiries are handled, and what counts as a chargeable lead. Check whether the customer actually requested installation or only materials.
Our reporting distinguishes an enquiry, a contactable prospect, a suitable quote opportunity and work won where you provide feedback. It does not treat every form as a confirmed job.
Work out acquisition costs from real outcomes.
Include management and advertising spend when comparing routes. For illustration only: £1,000 advertising spend plus £499 management is £1,499. With 20 suitable enquiries that is £74.95 each; with four resulting jobs it is £374.75 per job. These are arithmetic examples, not performance forecasts.
Compare job contribution and capacity, not just turnover or cheap forms. Record unsuitable requests and quotation outcomes so targeting and qualification can improve.

Landscape Gardener of Kent shows fencing within a broader landscaping offer. Decorative Metalwork Kent provides a different example of presenting bespoke metalwork, railings and gates.
These are relevant website examples, rather than evidence of a fencing-only Google or Meta campaign. Browse the portfolio and read the landscaping case study with its measurement context.
Monthly scope and next steps.
Website and SEO are £499 monthly with no setup fee. Google Ads management is £499 monthly plus direct Google spend. Meta management starts at £499 monthly plus direct Meta spend. Substantial additional pages, production or integrations are separately agreed.
Local Authority includes core home, about, contact, project and review sections, up to 10 core service pages and a primary town plus up to five nearby areas at launch where genuine coverage and distinct evidence justify them. Ongoing work includes 8–10 researched new pages monthly within the agreed plan.
First month free with a three-month initial commitment. Months two and three are £499 each (£998 total for the initial three months). From month four, the ongoing website and SEO optimisation plan continues at £499/month on a monthly rolling agreement until cancelled. We agree trade and primary-town exclusivity before starting; overlapping areas need separate agreement. After completing the initial three-month commitment and paying all outstanding fees, content and agreed assets can be handed over, with platform and transfer scope confirmed.
