Give people a reason to consider their garden project.
Google Ads reaches an active search. Paid social introduces your work while someone browses a feed, watches a Reel or returns to a business they have already considered. A focused offer and strong visuals need to explain what you do, where you work and why it is worth making an enquiry.
We begin with a service you want more of: a complete garden transformation, a new patio, fencing or another genuine offer. The ad, creative and form should agree on that service. We assess budget, travel limits, project size and quoting capacity before launch.
Facebook Ads for landscape gardeners.
A Facebook campaign can explain a project in a feed advert, show several photographs in a carousel or use a short video with a clear next step. The message should lead with a specific customer outcome and the service area, rather than a list of every job your team can do.
We plan campaigns around enquiry objectives and assess a website page against an instant lead form. A boosted post, traffic campaign or engagement count alone is not evidence of suitable quote requests. The campaign must deliver requests to someone who will review and respond to them.
Instagram Ads for landscape gardeners.
Instagram gives a visual project room to work: a vertical Reel of the transformation, a Story with a clear message or a carousel showing the starting garden and finished result. We adapt the crop, captions and pace to the placement so photographs and key text remain readable on a phone.
The creative needs to link inspiration to an actual service: a new patio, a more usable garden or a low-maintenance outdoor space. Put the relevant coverage and quote route in the message. Hashtags and geotags can add context to posts; they do not replace the campaign's paid location settings.
Facebook and Instagram sit within the agreed Meta management scope. We choose placements based on the available assets, results and customers, rather than split spend equally or duplicate every campaign into two platform-only packages.
Use your own projects as the ad material.
| Format | Project idea | What the ad should explain |
|---|---|---|
| Before-and-after images | A full garden transformation or replacement patio | Starting problem, finished result, service offered and area |
| Carousel | Several views of one completed garden | Scope, material choices, details and the next step |
| Reel or short video | A walkthrough, time-lapse or brief explanation from the team | What changed, who the service suits and how to enquire |
| Team or progress photographs | Real installation work and a tidy finished site | The business behind the work and evidence of the process |
We use approved photographs, videos and reviews with permission. A short walkthrough can be useful, but there is no single format that always wins. We test focused changes to the visual or message and judge the resulting enquiries. New photography, video production and substantial editing are agreed separately.
Website form, Meta lead form or messages?
A website landing page gives people space to examine projects, understand the service and provide details. A Meta instant form keeps the enquiry within the platform, which can reduce the steps involved. Easier submission can also produce lower-intent requests, so we assess qualification and follow-up rather than declare either route universally best.
Useful fields can include contact details, postcode, requested service and broad timing. Optional scope or budget questions should fit the project and make the response easier. A messaging route is worth considering only if your team can monitor it and carry the conversation through to a quote.
Before launch we test the form or enquiry route, confirm delivery and agree the response process. We also confirm the privacy information and any measurement permissions needed for the chosen setup.
Keep targeting practical and check real locations.
We define the service area and assess the audience options available in your account. We do not assume the platform can precisely identify every homeowner or use a blanket age-and-interest recipe. A local audience may perform differently with broader or more restricted targeting, so creative, location and enquiry feedback guide the testing.
Retargeting or customer-based audiences may be appropriate when there is eligible data and the agreed setup supports them. The form's postcode and service questions help assess fit, because location settings do not prove every request is in your area.
Choose a test budget and measure suitable enquiries.
Your ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from management. We agree a starting budget, service scope and review period around your market and assets. Avoid spreading a small test across many services and areas before you know which offer produces useful quote opportunities.
We report spend, recorded requests and useful qualification feedback. Your team identifies duplicates, wrong-area enquiries, quotes and won jobs. Low cost per form submission is only one input; the campaign needs to make commercial sense after management and job delivery costs.

See the landscaping work behind our approach.
Our landscaping website examples include JDM Gardens, Landscape Gardener of Kent and Premier Driveways & Landscaping. They demonstrate service presentation, genuine project evidence and quote routes. JDM Gardens' published 60 organic enquiries are an SEO example; we do not describe that figure as a Meta Ads result.
Send your strongest project photographs, the service you want to promote, main town and available capacity. We will explain the proposed campaign, assets and enquiry route before spending.
