Make local information easy to find
A family arranging a funeral may need a telephone number, an explanation of the next step or a clear comparison of service options. Your website should provide those answers without pressure, confusing language or a compulsory enquiry form.
We start with your actual branches, services and availability. Independent ownership, family history, professional memberships and out-of-hours support are described only where accurate. Real photographs of your team and premises help people recognise the business they will contact.
| Visitor need | Useful website content | Appropriate next step |
|---|---|---|
| Arrange a funeral now | Local contact details, actual availability and plain service information | Call the branch or request contact |
| Understand funeral choices | Attended and unattended options, costs and what is included | Read the information or ask a question |
| Find a branch | Address, access information, opening hours and local team | Get directions or contact the branch |
| Explore advance planning | General guidance separated from any pre-paid plan promotion | Choose whether to request further information |
Connect your website and local visibility
Local SEO helps organise branch information and service pages. Website design makes contact and price information easier to use. Google Search campaigns can be scoped around active local searches, while Facebook and Instagram campaigns can introduce your team and community activity.
We agree a manageable channel mix, who approves content and who answers enquiries. More traffic is useful only when it reaches the right information and your team can respond appropriately.
Keep required price information accessible
The CMA checklist covers the Standardised Price List, additional options, local crematorium prices, terms and disclosure information. We build clear routes to your approved information; publishing required prices is not optional. Your firm remains responsible for accuracy and compliance.
Separate funeral arrangements from pre-paid plans
The FCA regulates pre-paid funeral plans. Permissions depend on the activities undertaken and the firm's arrangements. Plan promotion needs its own scope and appropriate regulatory and financial-promotion review. It is excluded from our standard funeral-service campaign scope unless expressly agreed.
We do not treat general planning information, arranging a funeral after a death and selling a pre-paid plan as interchangeable services.
Improve the website you already have
We review your existing pages, search data, platform access and service enquiry journey before recommending changes. A useful website may need clearer service information, stronger local coverage or a simpler enquiry route rather than a rebuild.
If a replacement is justified, the quote covers the content, valuable URLs, redirects, forms and supported integrations. Website development and ongoing marketing are scoped separately.
See how we present local businesses
Our website portfolio shows work for trade businesses, including service layouts and enquiry routes. Your business would use its own people, verified credentials and approved evidence. We do not present those trade examples as funeral sector results.
Funeral director marketing: starting prices
The proposal sets deliverables, fees, approval responsibilities, initial term, billing and cancellation. Production, platform, integration and other external costs are identified separately. Lead generation combines the agreed channels and enquiry improvements; it does not have a universal pay-per-lead price.
